Great app, with good customer service and a nice clean interface. Integrates well with all of the couriers including Royal Mail. Would definetely recommend.

I can’t think of a better way to describing Zenstores services tha excellent. The way it integrates with shopify and all of my shops is just great. Would recommend it to anyone who’s willing to save all the admin time and concentrate on promoting and growing the business. Thank you for the great services offered.

Solves one problem and creates an even worse one. If you are using parcel2go and smartsend this app is completely useless. They update the tracking which is great, a problem solved. Unfortunately they dont offer any way to duplicate an orders dimensions and you have to add a phone number to every order making this completely useless compared to smartsend on parcel2go. you save 1 minute and lose 2 minutes How on earth did they not think to add duplicate orders is beyond me

I have used Zenstores for two years and honestly I wouldn't use ANYTHING else. I sell on ebay, amazon, etsy and shopify so I have these all integrated. Royal Mail is linked also so I can print labels directly from the channel. Any issues I have had have been simply resolved by Zenstores straight away. Customer service is top level. I like the fact you can import export and manage channel orders in one click. My only want for this is that Amazon handmade personalisations drop in because we have to update these manually. The reporting area is simple and clean and allows me to recognise when we are really busy and when we are slower. We do about 1500 shipments on an average month and 6k on a busy one. I hardly ever go into the platforms anymore unless there are messages as I have no need to. Top marks. Love it www.mantamakes.com

Have been using Zenstores from the beginning and never had any problems with it in the slightest. It just works! Orders from Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and our online shop are pulled into the Zenstore platform making processing orders really simple and time efficient. They even sent me a mug when our 10,000th order was processed,

After a few hiccups at the start linking the product in with APC's new software. I now couldnt live without Zenstores we are sending hundreds of orders out each month and it saves up so much time.

These guys have completely saved our bacon. Can't believe there's no one else providing this service. Bringing all our orders into one space saves us hours a week, and the team have been amazingly kind and custom made us labels to meet our requirements. Customer service is top notch - responsive and thoughtful & altogether, we couldn't manage without them now.

I honestly would not go without this app and it saves so much time. I still can't find a way to send International Standard letters to the US and Canada (Zenstores told me to take it up with Royal Mail and Royal Mail told me to take it up with Zenstores so I've had to give up) but thankfully I usually send large letters and Zenstores have been incredibly helpful with every other question I've had. I would definitely recommend Zenstores and could never consider going back to buying all my postage labels through PayPal and the Royal Mail website. It's not perfect but I'm seeing it improve all the time.

Great app, we use this daily and it saves us quite a lot of time. We used to copy and paste the addresses etc into myhermes, this just produces labels straight out of the app itself. Highly recommend, on the odd occasion when we have had issues they've been great and fixed / recommend solutions very quickly. Thanks Guys, Lindsay

I Have used Zenstores for about 18 months and it saves lots of time and the staff have been very helpful in what I wanted, and helped make a custom label for me. Also for peak times of year its so easy to upgrade and downgrade the plans with no additional costs. It is also super easy to use. It has definitely helped our business.

I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool. Good points: - The UI is very neat and easy to use. - Support team very responsive. - Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare). - Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster. Bad points: - There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved. - Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.

We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful. Zenstore is so good we would never need to look for anything else in the future. Very highly recommended.

We've been using Zenstores Despatch since we launched almost a year ago and we are absolutely happy with the service. The interface is simple and very easy to use and finding your way round is not a hassle. Not to mention cutting down shipping time. The team there are very responsive and helpful, which is an added bonus for us. We will definitely continue to use Zenstores as long as we are in the e-commerce business.
