We've been using Zenstores Despatch since we launched almost a year ago and we are absolutely happy with the service. The interface is simple and very easy to use and finding your way round is not a hassle. Not to mention cutting down shipping time. The team there are very responsive and helpful, which is an added bonus for us. We will definitely continue to use Zenstores as long as we are in the e-commerce business.

Zenstores is a FANTASTIC platform. Easy to use, ideal for businesses selling on more than one channel. It allows to print all the labels with one click, mark items as dispatched and record the tracking information directly on the customer order page. Zenstores saves me hours of work a week and I would highly recommend it to any business owner.

The app integrates with a number of other market places and just makes everything easier being all in one place. Is brilliant for address changes and adding delivery notes without passing pieces of paper about, has saved us a load of time with generating labels, is also a great central point to track orders and see what has happened with delivery's etc, helping with customer service issues to, would highly recommend, the guys get back to you pretty quickly if you have questions or issues, looking forward to more integrations with couriers.

Genuinely a great timesaving app, massively improved ease of shipping especially when integrated with Parcel2go for simple worldwide courier price comparison and booking. It integrates with our other marketplaces too so dispatch can see and book all shipments in one place. Good UK based support too. Does exactly what it promises to.

AT LAST!! An integration with Royal Mail that works seamlessly without having to deal with CSV files.. which when you are dealing with 100's of orders is a nightmare! The team could not have been more helpful setting this up in 10 days - as to get a NETDISPATCH account set up on the RM system takes this long .. Meanwhile the PPI was live instantly which we subsequently turned off when Net Dispatch went live enabling all our orders to ship with tracking information for our customers - a real win! The app is new and so the team are open to feedback, which is great. Current issues and reasons for 4 stars: 1 If you change an address in Shopify you need to manually update it in Zenstores too - along with any other order changes as they do not update after the first import into the app. It would be good to let us know this 2 If you partially refund an order it is not automatically shipped and you have to manually go back and fulfil the order in shopify with the tracking information 3 If you have a return or need to resend an item to a customer it is not obvious how to raise second shipping and not a simple trackable procedure. It also does not import this into Shopify for you The team have taken all this on board though and are working on upgrades all the time We would not be without this app

If you use the shipping companies that are compatible with this app - We would 100% recommend you download this app. It saves so much time within the shipping process by booking in bulk with a few clicks of the mouse, and spits out all the orders in one go. The best app we have.

This is a really great platform for us as a business and easy to use. Its saved us a huge amount of time manually inputting all the orders and any business growing will undertand they need to streamline the process and Zenstores is the one to use without question. Only reason why this is 4 stars is that the tracking information sent to the customer isn't working. Zenstores blame Shopfiy and Shopify blame Zenstores but i havent got to the bottom of the issue. Including an Aftership type model too would be an even better service and more desirable point to point solution.

Easily saves us approx. 1-2 hours per day compared to using Royal Mails DMO website and .csv files. Well worth the money if you value you time. Easy and simple to use and great customer support during weekdays.

This App is Fantastic ! This was a doddle to set up and saves us so much time everyday. The support is also great. It is very simple to use and works brilliantly with the Royal Mail integration. We sell via Shopify, Amazon and eBay. This syncs smoothly. I would definitely recommend using this app.
