The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.

Seems to be doing everything I need. Without much efforts. The team is super reactive, and takes (good) improvement suggestions into account very fast. We tested a number of survey tools and this is the one we will adopt!
