I've been using the app for quite a while now and find it very useful to gather up-to-date feedback from customers. The support is excellent too.

We have used Zigpoll for a number of years and thing it's a great little app to conduct surveys. If we ever have a question or issue, we have contacted their customer support and they always have provided excellent customer care and solutions. Required some assistance and received help the same day in order to make sure things were working properly. Sometimes in other apps I receive help within 2 or more days. This was a nice difference.

I used zigpoll to send a surveys to customers, it went easy using their ai. Editting what the ai created was easy. the customer service department is very helpfull and not in rush like those of some other apps i used. I like that u can handle all kind of surveys from post-purchase pop-up to email survey and pre-exit survey, here in the same app.

Great app with excellent support! Zigpoll was super quick to set up and thanks to the ready-made templates I was able to launch my first surveys right away. The interface is intuitive and the setup process is straightforward. What really impressed me was the support: they responded incredibly fast and were able to answer all my questions and solve my issues quickly. That kind of hands-on support makes a huge difference as a small business owner. Highly recommended!

The AI is extremely inaccurate. So much that it's nearly useless. Don't include junk in the product.

We've started using Zigpoll to request customer IDs on the thank you screen. The team was very helpful and assisted us with implementation! We will definitely explore further to get the most out of the surveys.

Die App ist sehr hilfreich, um herauszufinden wo die Käufe herkommen. Der Support ist auch toll. Nur das Backend der App finde ich leider sehr unübersichtlich und würde mir eine modernere, intuitiv bedienbare Ansicht wünschen.
