I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.

Absolutely fantastic survey platform. Very responsive support team too. My only qualm was the way pricing is structured - per response and not per survey, which can add up quite quickly for longer surveys. Aside from that, 5/5.

The best survey app and the most helpful support! We have been using the app mainly for our post purchase NPS survey for a few years now. After moving to another customer service platform that didn't have a very robust native CSAT survey capabilities, we have started into different options.
