Zigpoll has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s incredibly easy to set up, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and customizable. Linked with flow, it's very useful for orders and customer tagging! I love how flexible the app is, everything works smoothly. The analytics are clear and actionable, helping us understand our customers better and make smarter decisions. Their support team is also outstanding. Anytime we had a question, they responded quickly and went above and beyond to help. If you're looking for a reliable, powerful survey tool for Shopify, Zigpoll is definitely the one. Highly recommended!

Some of the most precious data you can get of your online store is coming from your customers - with help from Zigpoll. Has been a huge help for us to create a better picture of where our customers actually come from. And the support has been very helpful as well.

These guys are super cool. They just don't reply in minutes, but also solve your problem in minutes. I've used 100s of e-commerce tools but never experienced such support. I would rate them 10 out of 5.

Very fast and helpful support for any questions I had on integrating the polling into my Shopify store. Easy and customizable also to my e-commerce page.

Zigpoll offers a wide variety of survey options, easy to set up and get started. We really appreciated the auto translation option, as we offer so many different languages. The AI features for response analysis are a serious time saver that we would not want to miss! The Zigpoll team is always available to support and super friendly.

I really like Zigpoll! It integrates really well with Shopify and lets you create attractive, high-performance surveys that our customers can fill out very quickly. The backend could be designed to be a little more intuitive and fast in a few places, but that's just a minor criticism I have. We are very happy with the app.
