Zigpoll makes gathering customer insights effortless. We use it to manage all of our surveys in one place... from immediate post-purchase surveys integrated seamlessly with Shopify, to long-form customer questionnaires, to targeted product feedback forms. Having everything centralized has made it so much easier to understand our customers and improve their experience. On top of that, the customer service is incredible. We’ve received direct, thoughtful support from the founder himself, which has been invaluable. Zigpoll has become an essential tool for our team. Highly recommend.
