Zigpoll is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Jason was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

Great, intuitive app for integrating surveys into your Shopify store. Lots of flexibility with settings without getting overly complicated. Great support when you have questions. Highly recommend!

this is a great app for collecting surveys. it's really flexible with loads of options. love the post purchase thank you page survey which is providing good insight into where a customer heard about our product. The new AI insights are handy too. Support have been really helpful, fast at responding and willing to help

L'app permette di fare diverse cose con le survey. In particolare, avevamo bisogno di personalizzare le survey in base alle risposte delle domande precedenti, e Zigpoll offre diverse opzioni per farlo. Inoltre, la UX della survey a front-end è molto semplice e user-friendly, come desideravamo. Infine, ma non meno importante, il supporto ci ha risposto prontamente in due occasioni, fornendo un grande aiuto e apportando modifiche alle funzioni disponibili in base alle nostre esigenze. Super consigliata!

The app is easy to use and intuitive. I had a couple of questions during the setup, which Jason promptly answered. Echoing other reviewer's comments, what really sets this app apart is the excellent support and customer service from Jason and his team. The response time is amazing, and Jason is always looking for feedback from us and to try and continually improve the app and add more features, exemplifying a customer-centric mindset.

This app has been very useful for our business. Easy to set up and I like the aesthetic. I was a little confused about the pricing and Jason responded to my inquiry immediately. He was very helpful and even offered to customize the app to meet our needs. I really like how AI summarizes the responses for you so you can see a common theme at a glance. I also love that it puts the responses by the customer's order. Very useful. All in all, highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Zigpoll! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good polling solution. They are dedicated to making their customers happy and keep improving their platform. I'm very satisfied with my experience! The platform is super easy to use. Setting up polls was quick, and there are lots of options to customize them just how I wanted. The customer service is amazing!!! I had a minor issue because of my Shopify theme and in no time got 1-on-1 with Jason who was super friendly and really helpful. He answered my questions fast and gave me great tips to make my polls better. Thanx and cheers!

Thank you, Jason! *** Original review from Summer 2024 *** SUPER THRILLED!!! Great app + incredible customer support. As a small business owner getting ready for a 2-day shopping event, this was exactly what I needed to set up a sweepstakes campaign. I needed that was easy to "turn on" and did not require any coding/changes to my custom Shopify theme. Jason (the founder) emailed me after my download and offered to answer any questions. The next day, he hopped on a zoom call to help me out. I'm thrilled with how it went. I got help FAST and now my day has gone from stress-level 8 to stress-level 3. I'm starting on the free plan and testing out various flows. I love that all features are available (rather than blocked by hefty pricing tiers). There's lots to love about Zigpoll. THANK YOU!
