The customer service is top-notch. Just had a 30 min video call with Jason who walked me through setting up a poll to meet our company's specific needs. It's exactly what we were looking for and didn't think we'd be able to achieve. The ability to drill down with this app is impressive and we are really looking forward to seeing what we can do with it. Super impressed.

So far this app has been excellent and the support is even better. i first used the app to see where the people came from that were purchasing which helped me realize my Facebook ads weren't as successful as Facebooks data might have you believe. I am now using it to ask customers who are abandoning their carts what stopped them from purchasing. this app if use correctly could have some real horsepower.

This app will give you instant access to more insights into your customers behavior. It is easy to implement and we already got very useful insights utilizing the post purchase & exit intent surveys. The support team is super responsive and resolved our inquiries while setting up the app quickly. Fully recommend!

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on Zigpoll for our solution. Jason, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features.
