I had a great experience with Zigpoll! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good polling solution. They are dedicated to making their customers happy and keep improving their platform. I'm very satisfied with my experience! The platform is super easy to use. Setting up polls was quick, and there are lots of options to customize them just how I wanted. The customer service is amazing!!! I had a minor issue because of my Shopify theme and in no time got 1-on-1 with Jason who was super friendly and really helpful. He answered my questions fast and gave me great tips to make my polls better. Thanx and cheers!

As a small business owner getting ready for a 2-day shopping event, this was exactly what I needed to set up a sweepstakes campaign. I needed that was easy to "turn on" and did not require any coding/changes to my custom Shopify theme. Jason (the founder) emailed me after my download and offered to answer any questions. The next day, he hopped on a zoom call to help me out. I'm thrilled with how it went. I got help FAST and now my day has gone from stress-level 8 to stress-level 3. I'm starting on the free plan and testing out various flows. I love that all features are available (rather than blocked by hefty pricing tiers). There's lots to love about Zigpoll. THANK YOU!

We have been very pleased with using the platform so far. It is extremely intuitive and easy for our entire team to use. We now rely solely on Zigpoll for sending surveys like NPS and pop-ups during the customer journey on our site. We requested some updates to better suit our business and client needs, and Jason has been incredibly helpful in implementing various updates. This demonstrates the company's commitment to evolving according to the needs of different clients! We highly recommend it.

We use the app on all our Shopify stores now to collect post purchase feedback and NPS score emails. We are just scratching the surface at this point. We had an issue with reaching the max number of emails we can send per month on one of the highest plans but Jason really helped us out during one our busiest times of the year by increasing our email send limit. We really appreciate that!

The first Survey was so easy to create, and it worked!! Exactly as I hoped it would. It delivered the outcomes we expected too. We had one issue (user error, not app related), and the response from the help team was exceptional. They followed up a few days later, too. In a world full of monologues, having meaningful dialogue is unexpected.

Unbelievably good customer service (replied to me in about 5 minutes), complete with Loom videos. I can't recommend these guys enough. The app is great too, very easy to use and very useful for Paid Traffic attribution.

Absolute game changer this application. You gain so much knowledge about your customer especially the survey on the thank you page (+70% completion rate). Next to that I would like to mention that Jason, who happens to be the founder, his support is exemplary. Quick and detailed responses who get you onboarded fast! I would recommend this app to anyone who seeks deeper knowledge of their customers. Ps Many apps slow do your store which I did not notice with this app

It does what I need it to link in with orders and customers. I've needed support twice now to ask if I can do certain things and both times received excellent help. I do know I'm only using part of it's function too.
