I needed a post purchase survey. I’m not technical at all so asked support for help. An almost immediate response by Jason and it’s all set up! 10/10 for customer support with this company. Thank you. Update: Nov 2025, I had an issue with my store, (no fault of the app itself) and again Jason has gone above and beyond to fix my issue. The support that comes with this app is second to none! So happy I chose Zigpoll. Thank you very much.

Zigpoll is easy to use and very intuitive, keeping the user experience in mind. Jason, the founder of Zigpoll, is also very helpful and answered my questions quickly even though I am on the free plan. Would recommend this for anyone looking to setup surveys on their store!

I have had Zigpoll installed for about two months now, and I have been getting really useful information back from our customers. The information has enabled us to improve our offering, our product page, and other elements to our service. The support is great too, with real people to communicate with.

Been using the app for a couple of months now and loving it! It is helping me better understand the type of customer I have. I have been using it to determine the typical customer for my business but what this app has shown me is that I have different customers for different products. So now for my advertising, I am targeting specific audiences with specific products because Zigpoll has shown me that's what that type of customer is buying.

Zigpoll has been great in helping us run our post-purchase survey, and Jason's support has been excellent. Had an issue with editing a live survey and some data loss, and Jason was able to push through an update and resolve our issue in just a couple of days. Very much appreciated the quick turnaround and the attentive customer service!

You really thought about any aspect of your app to make it super efficiency such as the insights and the fact that you can use a link to send this survey. Small independent studio's work, very nice ux in Survey, but the UX in the "Account - Metrics" needs to improve. there is some small bug but its bearable in Survey.

As an e-commerce business owner, having this customer survey app is a must for all retailers! Upon downloading it, I found the setup process to be quite straightforward. I've configured it to send out post-purchase surveys to my customers, and it's performing excellent in this regard. What I appreciate is its extensive range of features and settings, along with a comprehensive dashboard analysis. Among all the survey apps I've experimented with for my company, this one stands out as the most user-friendly, robust, and customizable. I'd like to express my thanks to Jason for the informative onboarding meeting and for being readily available to assist with any questions and provide technical support.

I've been using this for about 2 months. It was easy to set up and I'm using this for post-purchase feedback and collecting newsletter signups. Great that it has controls for limiting the number of times a user sees the same survey, and lots of other settings that let me limit the intrusiveness for our customer. Had a question about the mailchimp integration and got an answer right away. Very satisfied so far!

We were using a different system for a post purchase attribution survey and got almost no responses, and the second we installed Zigpoll, customers started using the survey. Now about 40% of people respond, which is wild. It does have a lot of flexibility in how you can customize it, so that's good too. The only downside is that the UX/UI internally is really confusing.
