Zigpoll Customer Surveys

This app has been awesome for customer discovery and has helped provide insight into our business. Also Jason has been extremely helpful and very quick to help with any question or issue.

I was looking for an app to create a longer survey. The questions were fully customizable. They call each question a "slide" & you can choose from multiple formats - numbers, sliders, single choice, multiple choice, binary, short answer, long answer & a lot I haven't used yet. There's conditional logic (also haven't used). Really there was nothing that I wanted that I couldn't find, which I am finding unusual. There's also a choice for the survey to just be a link which was very helpful to me at the moment while I switch my web site from a different platform to Shopify. I also had a question (on a Sunday) & Jason from Zigpoll got back to me immediately with the answer I needed. Highly recommend this app.

I just love Zigpoll Customer Surveys. A lot of great features, but really key for me is the easy internationalization, ability to run & target several different surveys, and the ease of pushing data into other tools for segmentation.

I needed a post purchase survey. I’m not technical at all so asked support for help. An almost immediate response by Jason and it’s all set up! 10/10 for customer support with this company. Thank you. Update: Nov 2025, I had an issue with my store, (no fault of the app itself) and again Jason has gone above and beyond to fix my issue. The support that comes with this app is second to none! So happy I chose Zigpoll. Thank you very much.

Zigpoll is easy to use and very intuitive, keeping the user experience in mind. Jason, the founder of Zigpoll, is also very helpful and answered my questions quickly even though I am on the free plan. Would recommend this for anyone looking to setup surveys on their store!

I have had Zigpoll installed for about two months now, and I have been getting really useful information back from our customers. The information has enabled us to improve our offering, our product page, and other elements to our service. The support is great too, with real people to communicate with.

I hardly got post purchase responses. Then I installed Zigpoll and reached my limit in less than a month! Highly recommend, fantastic to get customer purchasing insights in real time.

Been using the app for a couple of months now and loving it! It is helping me better understand the type of customer I have. I have been using it to determine the typical customer for my business but what this app has shown me is that I have different customers for different products. So now for my advertising, I am targeting specific audiences with specific products because Zigpoll has shown me that's what that type of customer is buying.

Zigpoll has been great in helping us run our post-purchase survey, and Jason's support has been excellent. Had an issue with editing a live survey and some data loss, and Jason was able to push through an update and resolve our issue in just a couple of days. Very much appreciated the quick turnaround and the attentive customer service!

whaou whaou whaou ! I am using it for a couple of days now, and I have to say that it is brilliant. Easy to set up and understand and so powerful. You really thought about any aspect of your app to make it super efficiency such as the insights and the fact that you can use a link to send this survey.
