This app is lovely- it took me some trial and error to get it up and running but I am really happy with my results. So far so good! Both out-of-the-box surveys are great: Post purchase was what I was looking for and then the abandoned checkout is very useful. UI can feel a bit cluttered, but you get used to it quickly. I couldn't find one setting, so reached out to support and they were very helpful and helped me solve it very quickly!

Set up was relatively easy along with reporting. The support (Jason) is top notch. Fast to respond and has helped us with any roadblocks we hit during our learning curve.

Love using this app for simple, to the point polls! There are so many options to choose from, and while they are a little overwhelming at first, getting up and running is easy. There are some caveats with mobile on some options to be aware of, but overall this app fits our needs perfectly.

As a small business, we love Zigpoll; it boasts remarkable user-friendliness, and the customer service is truly exceptional. We proposed a (minor) update to enhance the user experience, and Jason successfully executed it within a matter of hours. This level of responsiveness is truly remarkable and unheard of! Zigpoll offers a straightforward and user-friendly experience that makes survey creation a breeze. One of the standout features of Zigpoll is its intuitive interface. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it easy to navigate through the platform. Creating, designing, and customizing surveys is a straightforward process, and I was able to get my survey up and running in no time.

Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).

Customer service has gotten back to us incredibly fast (1-2 hours) any time we needed help. The free plan is amazing for getting set up and knowing if ZigPoll is the right fit. I love that we can put a widget or embed link on any page of our website as well as the easy integration with the Shopify order confirmation page.

Easy to use, plenty of different survey options, and great customer support. Would recommend. The exit page survey is worth it, especially for very small businesses just getting started.

Having evaluated a few different survey apps, Zigpoll stood out in terms of two areas. 1.) Service - I had a lot of questions specifically about the functionality and control we would have with our surveys. Jason was super informative and walked me through everything. It wasn't a sales pitch either. I never felt pressured or pushed into their app. 2.) App functionality - Surveys were easy to setup and integrate into Shopify. The app has so many features giving you a lot of control. The reporting is amazing. You can raw data access or charts/insights that allows you to better understand your customers. I am almost 2 weeks into using the app and have 3 surveys running collecting 500-1000 responses a week. No complaints. I highly recommend this app!
