Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Very powerful and useful app. I like the way it integrates directly with Shopify, but at the same time you can run a survey outside of Shopify which I did for a post abandoned checkout survey. I got excellent quick support from Jason in setting up my surveys. On top of this, the pricing is very reasonable.

Small independent studio's work, very nice ux in Survey, but the UX in the "Account - Metrics" needs to improve. there is some small bug but its bearable in Survey.

As an e-commerce business owner, having this customer survey app is a must for all retailers! Upon downloading it, I found the setup process to be quite straightforward. I've configured it to send out post-purchase surveys to my customers, and it's performing excellent in this regard. What I appreciate is its extensive range of features and settings, along with a comprehensive dashboard analysis. Among all the survey apps I've experimented with for my company, this one stands out as the most user-friendly, robust, and customizable. I'd like to express my thanks to Jason for the informative onboarding meeting and for being readily available to assist with any questions and provide technical support.

I've been using this for about 2 months. It was easy to set up and I'm using this for post-purchase feedback and collecting newsletter signups. Great that it has controls for limiting the number of times a user sees the same survey, and lots of other settings that let me limit the intrusiveness for our customer. Had a question about the mailchimp integration and got an answer right away. Very satisfied so far!

We were using a different system for a post purchase attribution survey and got almost no responses, and the second we installed Zigpoll, customers started using the survey. Now about 40% of people respond, which is wild. It does have a lot of flexibility in how you can customize it, so that's good too. The only downside is that the UX/UI internally is really confusing.

This app is lovely- it took me some trial and error to get it up and running but I am really happy with my results. oh wow, this was so easy to install and works great within shopify. the app helps us incredibly in gathering information about the behaviour and wishes of our customers. Jason's support is super fast and the app is very intuitive to use. THANK YOU

So far so good! Both out-of-the-box surveys are great: Post purchase was what I was looking for and then the abandoned checkout is very useful. UI can feel a bit cluttered, but you get used to it quickly. I couldn't find one setting, so reached out to support and they were very helpful and helped me solve it very quickly!

Set up was relatively easy along with reporting. The support (Jason) is top notch. Fast to respond and has helped us with any roadblocks we hit during our learning curve.

Love using this app for simple, to the point polls! There are so many options to choose from, and while they are a little overwhelming at first, getting up and running is easy. There are some caveats with mobile on some options to be aware of, but overall this app fits our needs perfectly.

As a small business, we love Zigpoll; it boasts remarkable user-friendliness, and the customer service is truly exceptional. We proposed a (minor) update to enhance the user experience, and Jason successfully executed it within a matter of hours. This level of responsiveness is truly remarkable and unheard of! Moreover, it's fantastic for gaining insights into where our customers are discovering us and understanding their skin types. 10/10, highly recommend.
