What’s really awesome: we get truly valuable feedback from our customers right after purchase. It helps us a lot to improve our offerings. The support is fantastic too! Jason responds super quickly and really helps with even the smallest issues. Plus, he always sends a video so you can follow along step by step without having to search around. Great app. We use the post-purchase survey to find out how our customers found out about us and it is really useful data to help us know where to concentrate our marketing efforts. We needed help with the notifications and emailed the Zigpoll team who got back to us super fast and helped us with exactly what we needed.
