Love this 'little' app. It's clean looking, LOTS of functionality and the team is always here to help. With the phasing out of cookies from Google, Apple, etc. This is the best way to get valuable insights from our customers.

I used zigpoll to put a poll on my Shopify shop to ask customers what they'd like to see us make next. Customer service was excellent, and the results have been very helpful! I am on the free plan (free for 100 submissions), and as a note, each question answered is a submission, not each completed poll, so you may get to 100 faster than you'd think. Keep your poll short!

Using this app to conduct a pop-up survey, and it's been amazing so far with all the customization options and survey results dashboard. Customer service has also been really good with responding to questions quickly and making custom functions available (S/O to Jason!)

I was looking for the perfect app to help me collect important customer data and Zigpoll did that for me and much more. The setup process was super easy and user friendly. It integrated into my website seamlessly and was able to connect helpful data from customer. When I need help, I reached out to Jason, who responded to me immediately and provided details insight and into. I am a super happy customer! :)

I don't understand why so few people know about this app - Zigpoll has the best-in-class post purchase survey tool that's designed very well, priced sensibly and has super fast customer support by the founder himself. I'm going to promote this in my DTC circles!

Tolle App & noch besserer Customer Support! Jason hat immer sofort geantwortet, war sehr hilfsbereit und arbeitet aktuell sogar an weiteren Verbesserungen für uns, wie z.B. weitere Filteroptionen. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

We used this app on our business site, and they nailed everything we needed. Everything can be customized as we like, and the free plan is fantastic! Not only that, but the customer service is incredible. We received a quick response to any inquiry. Highly recommended!

They got excellent customer service. There was an issue about showing different polls on different pages. They fixed it for us and told us how they did it. Most importantly, this app funtions well!

This app has the best customer service I've ever experienced!! Truly!! I'm not the best with tech stuff I'm a maker...but JSN walked me through everything and really went about and beyond to show me how this app could really work for my store. Thank you for caring so much about customer service!!

This app blows surveymonkey out of the water! you can use all the features and test to see what works out for you right at the start. the limits are much more friendly on the free account. tech support is amazing if you are having issues or questions with your polls. This integrates with shopify so you can have certain events from shopify trigger polls. I am using the after 11 days email the poll to my customer to get a post installation survey. I am using 24 hours after a cart is abandoned email the person for a poll why they abandoned. As a seller you need to know these things to be able to fix issues and most customers will not contact you but they will take a quick anonymous poll. The polls are great to setup. i wish i had found this before testing surveymonkey as they let you get 10 results. if you want to see more you have to pay a minumum of 55$ just to see your poll results. With zigpoll the fees are super reasonable and it costs you little to nothing to test it out with your customers.

The only pop up/poll app to consider. I've tried them all and this one is by far the winner. Had a feature request and it was completed and live within 24 hours. Truly amazed. Thanks Jason!

I'm just getting started & very impressed with how easily & quick Jason set it up for my business. I'm so excited how he has it at my website, as well as being able to send the link out with my newsletter. I love it! Update on 4/18/2022, already getting several submissions on what clients & potential clients would like to see more of at my website!!
