Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We love Zigpoll. It gives us fast insight into how our customers feel about the products and our website, so we can act quick to resolve issues or improve our site and offerings.

I recently had the opportunity to use Zigpoll for creating our customer post purchase surveys, and I must say I was quite impressed with the platform. Zigpoll offers a straightforward and user-friendly experience that makes survey creation a breeze. One of the standout features of Zigpoll is its intuitive interface. Even if you're not tech-savvy, you'll find it easy to navigate through the platform. Creating, designing, and customizing surveys is a straightforward process, and I was able to get my survey up and running in no time.

Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).

Customer service has gotten back to us incredibly fast (1-2 hours) any time we needed help. The free plan is amazing for getting set up and knowing if ZigPoll is the right fit. I love that we can put a widget or embed link on any page of our website as well as the easy integration with the Shopify order confirmation page.

Easy to use, plenty of different survey options, and great customer support. Would recommend. The exit page survey is worth it, especially for very small businesses just getting started.

Having evaluated a few different survey apps, Zigpoll stood out in terms of two areas. 1.) Service - I had a lot of questions specifically about the functionality and control we would have with our surveys. Jason was super informative and walked me through everything. It wasn't a sales pitch either. I never felt pressured or pushed into their app. 2.) App functionality - Surveys were easy to setup and integrate into Shopify. The app has so many features giving you a lot of control. The reporting is amazing. You can raw data access or charts/insights that allows you to better understand your customers. I am almost 2 weeks into using the app and have 3 surveys running collecting 500-1000 responses a week. No complaints. I highly recommend this app!

We've always used a basic post-purchase survey, but we needed more specificity. Zigpoll to the rescue! We have been able to get a much clearer picture of our data sources, and when we had some specific trouble matching orders to timestamps (because of different time zones), the app designer created a patch to resolve our specific issue. I can't speak highly enough!

i like it!! is very usefull and it have a lot of settings, if you have a question or a problem with the app, they answer very quickly to you

Easy to set-up, fairly customizable, does everything we need it to do and nothing we don't. I've only had to reach out to customer support a few times (due to my own ignorance) but each time has been a more than pleasant experience. Great job guys!

Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.

Zigpoll has been great in helping us get survey data from our visitors. It has a number of comprehensive templates and the support is top notch from Jason. We highly recommend this app if you're looking to better understand your customers.
