Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I used this app to create a survey within our website to collect information about our customer base. I like the format and the ease of use within the app and how smoothly it integrates within Shopify. So far out of 4 different survey applications, it has been the most customer-friendly app to use.

Just installed this app with the free tier and we are already getting feedback from customers. Had a call with their team and got hands-on walk through for setting up a custom post-purchase experience. I can already tell we are going to keep this around and probably upgrade to the paid version.

It was intuitive to sign up, offers an exit intent poll with a coupon at the end, and a great insight into our customers shopping experiences. Would recommend!

We started with the free version but we got more responses than we expected. We decided to try another free survey, but we got no responses at all. We just upgraded. Zigpoll is worth the price!

Very easy to download, set-up and launch. Their support is quick to respond and was able to quickly help configure our settings when we ran into complications with the desired set-up of our polls.

I've used a number of survey/poll platforms over the years, and Zigpoll is the easiest to use, content looks great, and the customer service, if you need some help, is beyond world-class. You can't find a better app. Seriously!

I really like the variety of different ways you can use the polls. And they look fun, not serious. Programming them is pretty intuitive, though I've had to reach out a couple of times, and they are quick to respond and stay with you until your issue is resolved. Definitely happy I am using this app!

I am such a newbie at all of this stuff and so I tried by myself at first to understand the app, to no avail. I contacted Jason who literally emailed back every few minutes to help me. He assisted me and then taught me how to navigate the app. I am blown away by this company’s customer service.

This app works perfectly for our monthly website polls. We had some troubleshooting recently to do and we found the zipoll help very quickly and efficient in resolving our problem in no time at all. Would definitely recommend it.

Just set up my first poll on my website and in an email to subscriber list. I love how simple and straightforward the experience is for my customers. While it was a tad bit complicated to set it up in the way I wanted, the customer support was excellent and more than made up for it.

The Zigpoll app is perfect for short polls/surveys. But we're using the app for a 10-15 question survey, and it's working well. We like that it's integrated within our shop in Shopify - the fonts, colours are syncing with the look of our site. Also like the use of images within the survey. Customer service is quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Give it a go.

ZigPoll goes WAY above and beyond expectations!!!! I've never experienced anything like it. He is lightning FAST in solving problems, coming up with solutions and helping me achieve my business goals. I didn't even realize I needed this tool until he helped me implement it for a particular experiment I'm conducting. Needless to say, I'm SOLD!!!!!

This app has been wonderful! It has allowed us to poll our customers right on the website vs sending them to SurveyMonkey. The customer service is out of this world! Response time varies but twice now it has been within 2 hours!!

The app is fairly easy to use and shows really well on our website. The customer service is great! They are very responsive. Further suggestions for the app that the team is looking at: Deleting uncompleted responses and being able to add more customization to certain questions. Definitely recommend this app!
