Amazing app - especially useful on the Thank you page. The targeting options are absolutely perfect and translations done in a few seconds and very accurate. The surveys look amazing, very interactive the confetti on the end of the surveys is quite cool The predefined slides are perfect for getting started, so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel and can rely on the experience of the app developers. We are very satisfied with the product and with support received from Jason.

Great solution! I looked at a bunch of options but this one was definitely the best. The automated export functionality makes it super easy to send all the data to a JSON endpoint - now my marketing team is happy as they can see the responses without logging in to the website. The customer support is excellent and some features were added in response to a question I had, which made my life a lot easier!

Easy to use and deployed quickly. I customized an NPS survey with additional questions easily, and we are already seeing a better response rate than the previous tools.

Amazing customer service, user’s interface is very intuitive and easy to program even if you are new to this type of tool. Has amazing features and love the multi language capabilities. Am 100% sticking with it.

We use it to manage all of our surveys in one place... from immediate post-purchase surveys integrated seamlessly with Shopify, to long-form customer questionnaires, to targeted product feedback forms. Having everything centralized has made it so much easier to understand our customers and improve their experience. On top of that, the customer service is incredible. We’ve received direct, thoughtful support from the founder himself, which has been invaluable. Zigpoll has become an essential tool for our team. Highly recommend.

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.

Beyond superb!! The app is excellent. Customizable to exactly how you want it. The support is amazing. They respond to questions with screenshots and voice over explaining in detail how to do whatever it is that you inquired about.
