Great easy to use returns and good customer support
Very straight forward platform to use. Great to ease the workload of our customer service team. Good courier options for returns.
Good app. Takes care of our low volume returns easily. It has been enhanced with the addition of more carriers recently in the UK. Some glitches with the appearance of my "returns portal" / landing page in terms of font etc, but on the whole we couldn't live without it!
