Tried every single rewards app available and this one is the best - simple and straightforward. Best of all this has the best interface in my opinion because the dashboard is clean and not cluttered like the other apps available. I had a few questions and Yayha replied promptly through email, support is fantastic. We are just starting off launching a simple rewards program and this app gets the job done!

Pros: friendly technical support, functionalities (if you have the professional plan) Cons: price, limited functionalities (if you use the free or starter plan) This app offers a lot of functionalities, it allows you to set up custom rules through API as well as customize pre-built rules. It also allows for customization of rewards (% off, $ discount, free shipping). One of my favorite functions is the email notification, it not only notifies members when they earn or redeem points, but it can also send out a notification when members are close to earning their next reward. Furthermore, they have a friendly support staff who are there to answer any of your questions regarding the app. Unfortunately, they are not currently integrated with MailChimp which can limit the personalization of email notifications. Currently, I am still in the process of testing out the app, but it has been quite satisfactory, and a lot more can be done it you know a bit of coding to help you further personalize the app.

I cannot believe there is no uninstall option anywhere on this app . I did not find the app useful when you have to import your customer detail on a csv

I used this app for my loyalty program and referral marketing. I simply love it....it has all in one place and I jumped from not incentivizing my customers at all to giving them a full suite of options to earn points and get a better status full of rewards. The app works perfect and customer service is proactive.

Patient, kind and quick! Zinrelo's support team is world class. I can only image how much of a pain it was helping me to understand errors (that were not caused by them) and getting me on track to correcting their problem. True experts in the field. Particularly, I'd like to praise Rohit for his expert insights. However, I must be fair in this review as there is no perfect brand. The only drawback I can see to using this app is in their inability to customize the layout of their pop-ups and account page. Otherwise, their functionality, support team and overall ease of use, is unparalleled amoung every other Shopify app I've installed. Well done, Zinrelo.
