We love this app. It answers more accurately, in most cases, than humans (as long as the info on your site is correct) and works 24/7. Previously, I was answering chats myself, and only during the limited window of 9-3pm. Customers who tried to reach me outside of that time had their messages forwarded. That’s one thing that would be nice in a future update. If a customer has an issue, rather than simply sharing our email and phone, the chatbot could possibly take a message and forward it to a queue or our email. However, I’ve been checking the logs of conversations and the bot has been providing VERY GOOD answers with NONE of the hallucinations of other chatbots. Other chatbots made up facts about our products that were sometimes humorously wrong. ZipChat even seems to have interpreted some images on our site? It might have inferred the information another way, but ZipChat often answers better than I do and I designed all of our products. If you are jaded from answering the same questions all the time, give ZipChat a shot. Now, please come up with a bot to answer my customer service emails!
