We installed Zipchat (Enterprise Plan) a few months ago and the change is huge: reduced customer care tickets, more sales efficiency, ...and I'm amazed by the number of visitors who chat with the AI agent. More than an App, Zipchat has actually great people that help you for the onboarding, answer to all your emails and create custom solutions based on your business needs. 5 stars is more than deserved, thank you guys!

The customer service is the worst I experienced in this industry. I am a paying customer. I have several agents deployed, and these guys take more than one week responding and trying to solve problems for paying customers. In e-commerce, time equals money. If you're trusting your sales to be performing at its best potential, this is not the right one.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare una call questa mattina con Alessandro Valenti, Head of Customer Success di Zipchat, e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sua disponibilità, la professionalità e soprattutto la capacità di rispondere in modo chiaro e concreto a tutte le nostre domande. Oltre a questo, ci ha dato anche spunti e punti di vista diversi sul nostro lavoro, aiutandoci a vedere alcune dinamiche da nuove prospettive. Confrontarsi con persone preparate ma allo stesso tempo disponibili e genuine fa davvero la differenza. Grazie ancora Alessandro per il tempo dedicato e per il supporto!
