Zipchat has been an impressive AI agent. It responds quickly, understands what our customer is looking for, and helps guide them to the right products with ease. They are constantly adding new features. I'd like to say we will be using this agent for a long time!

I am extremely disappointed with the marketing tactics of this app. I have received 6 emails in a single week despite never subscribing to their list. Even worse, there is no 'Unsubscribe' link in their emails, which is a direct violation of anti-spam regulations. I have replied twice asking to be removed, but the emails keep coming. If you value your inbox and professional boundaries, stay away. A company that doesn't respect your 'no' won't respect your data or your store probably.

Sehr gutes Tool, sehr empfehlenswert. Beantwortet alle Kundenanfragen wirklich perfekt und verkauft nebenbei auch sehr gut.
