Zipchat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

J'utilise Zipchat depuis 6 mois, je suis bluffée de ses capacités ! je cherchais un support client sympa, qui puisse parler comme moi à mes clientes, pas un truc froid qui ne comprend rien, et franchement c'est top, je suis ravie et ça m'a soulager de beaucoup de messages qui me mangeaient du temps. Non seulement l'IA répond super bien à mes clientes (avec un bon entrainement à la base, j'ai fourni un max d infos) mais en plus elle concrétise des ventes, et le ROI est plutôt élévé, du coup c est un bon investissement. je découvre aujourd'hui plus de fonctionnalités comme des propositions de questions pousser en avant sur les fiches produits ou encore un pop up proactive pour les clients pour pousser la conversion, l'appli réserve beaucoup de possibilités assez cool. Je continue de développer ses compétences sur le site et je suis sure qu il va devenir ma meilleure vendeuse à temps plein :)

This is an incredible product. I had attempted to build a custom solution for many months, but as soon as I downloaded Zipchat and uploading part of the training data, it dramatically improved in both speed and functionality. Also, a special shout out to Lorena who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Can't say enough positive things about this company.

We used 2/3 Chatbots before Zipchat. But Zipchat is the only one that earns itself at least 10 times back every month! It litterely converts the customer from having questions to buying your product within a few replies.

We've only been using ZipChat for a few weeks, but so far are really happy with how fast it learns and how many customers are using it. We have a way to go with fine-tuning the ChatBot's voice and knowledge, but the learning curve is fast! I'm giving 4 out of 5 because it is a bit hard to work with a support team who isn't US-based, although they've been responsive and available, it just takes a little extra effort. The prompting system is working, but takes some time to get used to and understand if you're not super AI/tech-savvy.

Very thorough and helpful onboarding. The team are clear and explain everything very well. Answered all of my questions and scheduled follow up for anything we couldn't do on the call. Looking forward to seeing how the app supports the team and our customers.

Utilizzo da poco il servizio zipchat e devo dire che è molto funzionale ed intuitivo. Avendo molta poca esperienza dopo la prima configurazione ho richiesto un supporto al team zipchat e mi hanno supportato tramite call. Devo dire che il referente Alessandro è molto preparato e disponibile ad aiutare, nonchè illustrare le basi di funzionamento dell'app. Inoltre durante la call ha ottimizzato in tempo reale alcuni setting (non proprio idonei) che avevo impostato io e in aggiunta si è appuntato una modifica che ha notato durante la call e che ha effettuato poi offline. Se cercate un app intuita e che vi aiuta realmente zipchat è valida e per qualsiasi supporto il team è preparato. Consiglio
