The customer service is the worst I experienced in this industry. I am a paying customer. I have several agents deployed, and these guys take more than one week responding and trying to solve problems for paying customers. In e-commerce, time equals money. If you're trusting your sales to be performing at its best potential, this is not the right one.
What an absolute shower, absolute waste of time and effort, they do not respond to messages, emails or even bot chat, waited and still await after 2 day for support, Back to Tidio they may be a little more expensive but they give support.

We tested Zipchat extensively, had a video call with support, set everything up according to the help section, and tried to optimize it over time. In summary, Zipchat probably works very well with mainstream shops, but less well with niche shops like ours. In fact, we lose potential customers every day who are “put off” by the AI's responses. Despite extensive subsequent response corrections as specified by the app, we were never able to stop this. We had the impression that these corrections were simply not taken into account. According to support, instructions must be accommodated in the very limited text field, which—according to support—is possible, but we were unable to do so in a way that allowed the AI to advise properly. The random suggestion of products is a lottery game, not a targeted action, so even when potential customers specifically ask for products for men, they are given random suggestions – so far, nothing specifically for them, even though it is explicitly stated in the product descriptions. Support kindly offered to put together customized instructions for us, which we unfortunately never received. We have therefore paused the chat in order to avoid losing more customers. We will cancel before the next renewal unless there is an update that significantly improves the situation. Update, one month later: So far, I’ve only received empty promises. I canceled the app so I wouldn’t have to pay the monthly fee again for nothing. Too bad, because the app sounded promising.

Descubrí Zipchat en sus inicios, me pareció una gran solución con un soporte magnífico. Lamentablemente hoy no puedo decir lo mismo y es una lástima porque la app tiene potencial, pero el soporte es lento e ineficaz. No he podido pasar del setup inicial.
Not a good experience at all, once I remove the app it appear in the Botton of my website I can't remove it. they are advertising the app in my website without my permission. I neves had an issue like that with an app, plus didn't work as I need it.
