We have tried other AI chatbots. ZipChat stands on easy to retrain (althought sometimes even after training it commits the same misake), the answers are technical and very human-like.

ZipChat.ai is super easy to use and works great right out of the box. The chatbot feels natural, replies fast, and actually understands what visitors are asking. It helps answer questions, keep people engaged, and turn more chats into leads without extra effort. Simple setup, smart responses, and a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Descubrí Zipchat en sus inicios, me pareció una gran solución con un soporte magnífico. Lamentablemente hoy no puedo decir lo mismo y es una lástima porque la app tiene potencial, pero el soporte es lento e ineficaz. No he podido pasar del setup inicial.

I absolutely love Zipchat.ai and it is really working wonderfully as I train the assistant! Responds realistically, in the tone of my business. I'm able to make corrections if there is anything I want to change and will help me focus on other things. Carlo, Alessandro, Jean, and the team at Zipchat have been exceptional at helping me through the processes. Great investment.

I’ve been using Zipchat for my Shopify store since April 2024, and it has significantly reduced the time I spend on customer support. The AI handles most questions accurately and instantly, which has noticeably improved conversions. Setup was quick, and the interface is simple to use. Overall, Zipchat has become one of the most effective and reliable tools in my store’s workflow.

We have been using ZipChat for around 2 months now and I have to say, it's really impressive. Even 'out of the box' the AI does a fantastic job of responding to customers questions, making recommendations etc. and the responses are far superior to a lot of 'chatbots' I have come across, even for huge corporates. There are then several ways you can train the AI through simple steps to make it even better, and the app has some fantastic features to help you make the most of its capabilities. The level of support has also been second to none. Alessandro has been super helpful in helping getting everything set up and providing advice on how to get the most out of the app. Overall a fantastic app and amazing support. Really exited to see what it can do over time as it continues to learn and we can really start to embed it as a member of the team.

Exceptional product. Thank you Zip-Chat team. Been using ZC for four weeks, and the AI has over 600 replies, with a conversion rate of 20% and average spend of £130.00GBP. The AI has learnt very quickly the product range and its incredibly helpful, efficient and cost-effective. Anyone not using ZipChat is losing out on incredible value.

After a long search for the right AI chat solution for our store, we finally found Zipchat ***and it’s been outstanding***. We even considered custom-developing our own tool because nothing else out there met our needs, but Zipchat exceeded every expectation. The setup was seamless, the AI performs impressively well, and the support team has been phenomenal: quick, helpful, and genuinely committed to our success.
