Zipchat is incredibly easy to set up and integrates perfectly into our workflow. The interface is clean, intuitive, and works flawlessly from the start. We also appreciate how responsive and accessible the support team is (Alessandro): quick answers and real help when needed. Highly recommended this chatbot.

Makes me more money than it costs, this makes it a no brainer. The longer I use it the better it gets. Customers often think my operator is a human. Just set it up correctly and it is very impressive to see the conversations it has with my customers. Like AI, it is getting smarter and better ever day. Totally recommend.

This app is a game-changer! I didn't think it would be nearly as robust as it is but I can tell you with some very basic training and corrections, it has become such a go-to not only for people visiting out site but I even have one of our team members use it to ask questions when customers or influencers contact her directly. I can't wait to see what other features I can utilize but for now, I am beyond pleased with my experience and highly recommend Zipchat!

Been searching for a long time for a solution to having a good AI in Whatsapp and found it here. Very easy to set-up, great options to correct mistakes so the AI learns from it, very good customer service that combines humans (i think hehe) and AI. Can't recommend it enough
