I was a bit skeptical at first but Zipchat turned out to be one of the best apps we’ve added to our store, it started answering customer questions and helping close sales almost immediately. It handles repetitive support questions, saves us time, and improves the customer experience. Also, Carlo and Luca have been amazing, super responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure we’re getting the most out of the app. Highly recommend!

spammed me by sending me an email not to use their competition. After I recently signed up for their competitor. Stalkerish marketing at its finest. Couldn't care less if they actually offer a good product, I can't recommend a company that uses shady marketing practices. I can only imagine what they'd actually be doing with my data if I used them...

I received several emails from ZipChat and initially wasn’t too thrilled about them. Basically, every company claims they’re better than the competition, and it was the same here. However, after a few not-so-great experiences with my previous chat plugin, I decided to give ZipChat a chance—even though it’s relatively expensive for a small shop like ours. In the end, I have to say I almost regret not having installed ZipChat sooner. The AI learns completely on its own, and you can also train it manually. The responses are so good that on our very first day we made a sale through the AI chat and even won a new customer. For me, it’s an absolute must-have app—not least because of Carlo’s outstanding support in accommodating my special requests. Thank you very much; we will definitely stick with you.

Ehhhmmm what can I say! Support 5 stars, app 5 stars! It saves me soo much time on a daily basis for answering questions... its really insane! Before most customers went offline before I had the time writing a reply and now it is soo fast and the answers are much better than the ones I was writing! Also the time it takes me to look up orders is 10x longer than zipchat can reply! Big shoutout to Carlo for this app and his support! All issues I was facing got resolved within minutes!

This software is truly amazing and I highly recommend using it. You’re beyond foolish if you choose not to. We were using shopify inbox before and the amount of time energy and effort that my staff had to put in to get sales was a lot. With Zipchat Ai all that stress and worry is gone. It’s very easy to use, the team over there is incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any site especially one that gets a decent amount of traffic.

Out of the thousands of apps in the Shopify App Store, this is definitely one of the best! We have been using Zipchat for over a year now, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about.
