We use Zipchat for our brand, and it’s been a game-changer. The tool is super intuitive, with a quick and easy setup. It’s perfect for converting hesitant visitors and automating customer support, delivering excellent results every time.

Honest review, I uses Zipchat AI easy to setup it takes all the available data from shop and make it organize to answer the customers questions perfectly without the need of Actual customer support team, apart from this you can upload multiple type documents to train AI for more information. Highly recommend

Molto positiva, le interazioni con i clienti sono numerose e tutte con feedback positivi. La utilizziamo nella fascia oraria serale e nei week in cui non abbiamo copertura del servizio clienti. I clienti sono molto contenti della qualità del servizio. Occorre allenare AI a fornire le risposte corrette e aggiornate, ma è una attività che richiede poco tempo se svolta regolarmente ogni giorno.

I tried many different AI chats, but nothing came close to this. The support is super fast and friendly. This AI chat app does everything that a CS can do but even better because you don't need to micromanage it lol. Just feed it the correct data and that is all. Highly recommend!

Easy setup, immediately crawled my website. Now the bot is answering 24/7. I fired some of my support agents which cut my operational costs. For only $50, its honestly a steal. I recommend it to all shopify owners who value their money and want to provide better customer support. Also, the support is great, they promptly answered my questions. 10/10 recommended!

Awesome app. Handles most customer enquiries even better than a live agent, focused on converting questions to sales, available 24/7. Super intuitive admin panel, great insights from the dashboard. The value it delivers exceeds the cost by far. Overall, we are very happy with zipchat!

Quick and easy setup - you can start prompting conversations right away. What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.

We use Zipchat on many stores. Great product, easy UX and super fast to use. Every new store we launch we add Zipchat, takes like 10-15 minutes to set it up and works wonders. Great to convert users on the fence and automate support.

I have tested many, quite a few in fact, and I am currently in the testing phase. However, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the performance and the availability of support. Nowadays, this level of service is very rare, if not non-existent, and often you come across incompetence. This has been a refreshing experience!

Zipchat turned out to be great for us. Of the different AI chatbots I have tested, this one seems to most often provide the most appropriate responses I want without the need for input. It really helped us reduce the amount of customer emails we were receiving and provide relevant information to increase the conversion rate. Also, the ability to have proactive chat is really interesting.
