The customer service is super reactive. I've been setting up the tool to respond to customer requests, and we're getting interesting results. It helps save a lot of time on specific questions.

I received several emails from ZipChat and initially wasn’t too thrilled about them. Basically, every company claims they’re better than the competition, and it was the same here. However, after a few not-so-great experiences with my previous chat plugin, I decided to give ZipChat a chance—even though it’s relatively expensive for a small shop like ours. In the end, I have to say I almost regret not having installed ZipChat sooner. The AI learns completely on its own, and you can also train it manually. The responses are so good that on our very first day we made a sale through the AI chat and even won a new customer. For me, it’s an absolute must-have app—not least because of Carlo’s outstanding support in accommodating my special requests. Thank you very much; we will definitely stick with you.

Ehhhmmm what can I say! Support 5 stars, app 5 stars! It saves me soo much time on a daily basis for answering questions... its really insane! Before most customers went offline before I had the time writing a reply and now it is soo fast and the answers are much better than the ones I was writing! Also the time it takes me to look up orders is 10x longer than zipchat can reply! Big shoutout to Carlo for this app and his support! All issues I was facing got resolved within minutes!

This software is truly amazing and I highly recommend using it. You’re beyond foolish if you choose not to. We were using shopify inbox before and the amount of time energy and effort that my staff had to put in to get sales was a lot. With Zipchat Ai all that stress and worry is gone. It’s very easy to use, the team over there is incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any site especially one that gets a decent amount of traffic.

Honest review, I uses Zipchat AI easy to setup it takes all the available data from shop and make it organize to answer the customers questions perfectly without the need of Actual customer support team, apart from this you can upload multiple type documents to train AI for more information. Molto positiva, le interazioni con i clienti sono numerose e tutte con feedback positivi. La utilizziamo nella fascia oraria serale e nei week in cui non abbiamo copertura del servizio clienti. I clienti sono molto contenti della qualità del servizio. Occorre allenare AI a fornire le risposte corrette e aggiornate, ma è una attività che richiede poco tempo se svolta regolarmente ogni giorno.

Good ChatBot

I tried many different AI chats, but nothing came close to this. The support is super fast and friendly. This AI chat app does everything that a CS can do but even better because you don't need to micromanage it lol. Just feed it the correct data and that is all. Highly recommend!

Easy setup, immediately crawled my website. Now the bot is answering 24/7. I fired some of my support agents which cut my operational costs. For only $50, its honestly a steal. Quick and easy setup - you can start prompting conversations right away. What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.

We use Zipchat on many stores. Great product, easy UX and super fast to use. Every new store we launch we add Zipchat, takes like 10-15 minutes to set it up and works wonders. Great to convert users on the fence and automate support.

I have tested many, quite a few in fact, and I am currently in the testing phase. However, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the performance and the availability of support. Nowadays, this level of service is very rare, if not non-existent, and often you come across incompetence. This has been a refreshing experience!
