Zipchat has been great for us so far. Out of the many AI Chatbots I've tested this one seems to provide the the most appropriate replies that I would want majority of the time without input. It has really helped in reducing the amount of customer emails we would receive.

This AI-chat is incredibly responsive and efficient, addressing the queries in real-time. I recommend using it in e-commerce because the chat guides the customers by addressing all their needs to make the purchasing process easier. I appreciate the accuracy of the replies given to customers, which you can also personalize. The support service is excellent.

Ero molto restio sul fatto che ZipChat potesse effettivamente aiutarci nella gestione delle domande dei clienti del nostro e-commerce e invece mi sono dovuto ricredere. Riesce a gestire le domande, dare risposte utili e sensate e c'è eventualmente la possibilità di modificare le risposte per le chat successive. Ottimo lavoro!

ZipChat is great! We use it for a few months now and it works very good. The team behind it is very helpful and from the start we got a lot of help and assistance. It is very easy to train it and add him information like discount code that can be offered, etc.. It has a lot of options to set it differently on different pages (homepage, collection, product, about us and even contact page). The option to edit the bot’s responses is incredibly useful as well. Overall very useful and helpful app!

I recently started using ZipChat.ai to automate customer service for another one of my online stores. Having successfully used it for a previous store, I knew it would be a great fit. This new store, however, presents many variables that significantly increase the customer support workload. I couldn't be happier with the results. The AI is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently provides detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries. It's truly impressive how well it understands and handles a wide range of questions. A special shoutout to Luca from ZipChat, who was exceptionally helpful in getting everything set up correctly. He made sure the system was perfectly aligned with my business objectives, and his support made the entire process seamless and efficient. Overall, ZipChat.ai has significantly improved my customer service experience, and I highly recommend it to any business looking to enhance their customer support operations. It's a no brainer for any online store. Definitely leaving money on the table by not having this enabled on your website.

Zipchat has very good AI capabilities, which makes it easier to train. The ability to edit the bot’s responses is incredibly useful and allows us to tailor the bot to our unique business needs. The chat support is usually very responsive. Unfortunately, we are unable to use this bot on our gated Shopify B2B sites since the bot cannot scrape that data, but it works well on our public-facing B2C website.

We use Zipchat for our wireless earbuds business, soundsgood.ca, and it is very helpful in assisting clients with common problems. This allows us to offer instant support 24/7. If the bot cannot resolve an issue, it directs the client to our email support. The bot also helps visitors better understand our products and make more informed choices. You need to train the bot, and while it's not perfect, it's still pretty awesome!

Not a good experience at all, once I remove the app it appear in the Botton of my website I can't remove it. they are advertising the app in my website without my permission. I neves had an issue like that with an app, plus didn't work as I need it.
