Great support and easy to use. Our team loves the ease of it and how our customers are getting help 24/7 without actually having to help them. We also love using this for our B2B and B2C sites but that it keeps the data and guidance separated. Highly recommend.

Zipchat ci ha aiutato tantissimo. L'abbiamo installata sul nostro store e in poco tempo abbiamo visto la differenza: risponde ai clienti in automatico, gestisce le domande sui prodotti e recupera vendite che altrimenti avremmo perso. Configurazione semplice e supporto reattivo. Per noi è diventata uno strumento indispensabile. Consigliatissima

I am new to zipchat and ai agents for ecomm. I understood the potential but there is actually much more things possible to do than I thought. I was not sure if Clients would interact with the chatbot but there are a lot of conversations each day (currently about 5-10% of visitors interact with it) so I definitely recommend any ecomm to implement one. Zipchat is great and already proved efficient from week 1 (it takes some time to calibrate it with looking what clients are looking for in terms of info). Onboarding call was great too, installation simple and easy.

We recently moved from Gorgias to Zipchat.ai and have been very impressed so far. The platform was quick to pick up content from our website, making the setup process smooth and efficient. The AI recommendations have been excellent and feel very relevant to our customers’ needs. Overall, Zipchat.ai has been easy to use, effective, and a great addition to our customer support setup. We would definitely recommend trying the 7-day free trial. We are also hoping they bring out an app version soon, as that would be very useful. One feature we feel is currently missing is a timestamp on replies from team members, so we can easily see how quickly we were able to respond to customers. We would also like to attached images or documents for customers for further reading, so far only our customers can attached files. Alessandro & the team were great to work with. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would recommend Zipchat.ai to other businesses.

Zipchat è stato veramente semplice da configurare, fa praticamente tutto in automatico. Il setup è stato facilissimo e il sito viene scansionato in automatico dal programma. Con un buon prompt è stato veramente semplice riuscire ad andare live in tempi record. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di conoscere Alessandro Valenti che ci ha dato ottimi spunti e suggerimenti per sfruttare al meglio il nostro piano.

It immediately surfaced the key issues our customers were running into and started guiding shoppers who weren't sure what they were looking for, turning browsers into buyers. The upselling is seamless and natural, and we've seen a real impact on AOV & Sales. But what's impressed us just as much is the support side. The app handles customer questions and order issues so well that our team saves an enormous amount of time every week. Zipchat answers questions, increases sales, and actually understands the nuances of a niche product catalog. We couldn't recommend them enough!

We installed Zipchat (Enterprise Plan) a few months ago and the change is huge: reduced customer care tickets, more sales efficiency, ...and I'm amazed by the number of visitors who chat with the AI agent. The customer service is the worst I experienced in this industry. I am a paying customer. I have several agents deployed, and these guys take more than one week responding and trying to solve problems for paying customers. In e-commerce, time equals money. If you're trusting your sales to be performing at its best potential, this is not the right one.

What an absolute shower, absolute waste of time and effort, they do not respond to messages, emails or even bot chat, waited and still await after 2 day for support, Back to Tidio they may be a little more expensive but they give support.
