Great app! Set-up is really friendly....And it works!! Useful if you are teeny tiny or a large BEAST of a store.

We're just a few weeks into using Zipchat but it has been a great tool for us thus far. It handles most conversations very well and the AI-assisted search is superior to the custom solution we had in place on our site. We have yet to integrate this tool with our social media accounts or other channels but as a support tool on our main site it has been impressive.

Superó mis expectativas la aplicación, hice un soft start lanzándolo solo en mi página web de shopify por miedo, y cuando vi el poder de la herramienta lancé a las redes sociales para tener omnicomunicados a mis clientes. Hay bastantes opciones al inicio que pudieran no hacer sentido si es tu primera vez trabajando con un agente de ai, pero para mi sorpresa el equipo de zipchat en España me buscó para ofrecerme una sesión de onboarding, durante la sesión Lorena fue muy amable me ayudó sacarle el máximo a los features que no estaba explotando.

Empezar poco a poco con la web y luego dar el salto a redes sociales nos parece una forma muy inteligente de hacerlo, y nos alegra mucho que la herramienta te convenciera tan rápido. A very powerful tool that’s also incredibly easy to set up. I highly recommend starting with an onboarding call to get a walkthrough of all the features and some help setting everything up properly. The support team is very helpful, friendly, and makes the whole process seamless. Highly recommended!

Echt een fantastische app die zeer goed doet wat hij moet doen. En meer. Wat ik zelf erg prettig vind zijn de AI-vragen die bij producten toegevoegd worden, want dat stimuleert de interactie. Voor ons een hele fijne toevoeging. We zijn er nu ongeveer twee maanden mee aan de gang en verheugen ons erop om het nog verder te onderzoeken. Cela fait une petite semaine que je paramètre et utilise en live Zipchat, bien que je n'ai pas encore un vrai recul et un paramétrage abouti, les premiers tests sont vraiment concluants Une très bonne analyse du ton et des produits de la marque, des questions pertinentes pour comprendre quoi proposer et répondre précisément aux attentes des clients Un paramétrage précis grâce à l ajout de prompts pour façonner au plus juste, l IA Pour finir, un support extra, bienveillant, ludique et clair avec Aymar, que je salue

We recently moved from Tidio to Zipchat and have had a great experience so far. As an automotive parts company, being able to assist customers quickly and efficiently is extremely important to us. Zipchat has made the process smoother for both our team and our customers, and their support has been responsive and helpful throughout the transition. Very happy we made the switch!

We've been using ZipChat for a few months now and we have been really pleased with it. We use it across all three of our domains and it has now become our first point of contact on the websites for our customers. We were looking for a way to improve our customer service, and we weren't even sure if AI chat would become a permanent part of our setup but it is now!

Zipchat has been easy to set up and use and the onboarding experience has been great. The team has been very friendly and helpful and it didn’t take long to get the chatbot working well for our store. The only downside so far is that the price jumps between the different plans are quite steep. Overall though, a very good experience and a useful tool so far.

J'utilise Zipchat depuis 6 mois, je suis bluffée de ses capacités ! je cherchais un support client sympa, qui puisse parler comme moi à mes clientes, pas un truc froid qui ne comprend rien, et franchement c'est top, je suis ravie et ça m'a soulager de beaucoup de messages qui me mangeaient du temps. Non seulement l'IA répond super bien à mes clientes (avec un bon entrainement à la base, j'ai fourni un max d infos) mais en plus elle concrétise des ventes, et le ROI est plutôt élévé, du coup c est un bon investissement. je découvre aujourd'hui plus de fonctionnalités comme des propositions de questions pousser en avant sur les fiches produits ou encore un pop up proactive pour les clients pour pousser la conversion, l'appli réserve beaucoup de possibilités assez cool. Je continue de développer ses compétences sur le site et je suis sure qu il va devenir ma meilleure vendeuse à temps plein :)

Six mois déjà, et on adore lire que l’IA parle à vos clientes avec votre ton à vous, c’est vraiment tout le travail que vous avez fait sur l’entraînement qui paie. Les questions sur les fiches produits et la pop-up proactive devraient encore booster les conversions, hâte de voir ce que ça donne. Votre meilleure vendeuse à temps plein est en bonne voie :)

This is an incredible product. I had attempted to build a custom solution for many months, but as soon as I downloaded Zipchat and uploading part of the training data, it dramatically improved in both speed and functionality. Also, a special shout out to Lorena who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Can't say enough positive things about this company.
