J.L. Childress review for Zipchat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

We've only been using ZipChat for a few weeks, but so far are really happy with how fast it learns and how many customers are using it. We have a way to go with fine-tuning the ChatBot's voice and knowledge, but the learning curve is fast! I'm giving 4 out of 5 because it is a bit hard to work with a support team who isn't US-based, although they've been responsive and available, it just takes a little extra effort. The prompting system is working, but takes some time to get used to and understand if you're not super AI/tech-savvy.
