Blitz Surf Shop review for One Click Upsell ‑ Zipify OCU

Zipify has emailed asking to leave a review so they can improve on things. I've had this app for a few months now. It doesn't really have the functionality that I would like and have brought this up with CS before. It would be great to be able to add a whole category/collection to the upsells as a shop like mine is constantly turning over product with new seasons and styles and there are not a lot of things that stay in stock all the time. For instance would be great to pair a t-shirt upsell with boardshorts, but can't really do that with the current functions as the tee I choose could be gone of have very few sizes left. I haven't had any results with any AI options yet. The only thing I can consistently seem to upsell is a $10 air freshener which some people tack on. I keep getting emails about thank you page upsells but I don't really want random companies that I have no control over popping up in advertising related to my business. I am getting a few upsells but I think the social media ads and hooks to sell this app are better than the app itself. Another online business I am involved in is getting no love form the app but we used it for a promotion to get people to tack on a free beanie to a hoodie purchase, so it was a handy function but didn't generate any revenue
