Im trying to edit the form page so I can add a space where someone can insert comments as part of a form. This is not intuitive just starting out and is not clear where or how I can make the changes I need to.

This app only transfers over your theme settings to your zipify header and footer - not to the page/template blocks. Wouldn't recommend if you need to move quickly and want to keep a cohesive look and theme design overall. Zipify displays a "fully customizable" selling point of the app which is counterproductive for a page building app as they should be a compliment to your product management service and make the page building easy and cohesive/ carry over your theme/styles automatically. You should not have to customize everything over and over again and possibly lose consistency in your styles. If you lack coding/programming knowledge, I'd suggest other page builders with more theme integration to maintain the highest quality look for your brand and to move quickly.
App in itself is good, but if you have ever used Clickfunnels, zipify is vastly inferior to it. It doesn't allow you customize anything, you can only use their templates and sooo many functions are missing there. It's just assumption that what works for their store is exactly what will work for yours. Which is not the case. But it gets basic job done if you are not trying to scale for something big. But if you are serious about scaling and getting best bang for your buck, Clickfunnels is definitely way to go. Unfortunately they don't integrate with shopify, which is only reason why I use zipify.
Hey Athledict, sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the current functionality of Zipify Pages. I definitely understand where you're coming from. Which is why we've been working really hard to create a more flexible drag and drop builder. I don't have a release date yet, but we have heard this concern before and are working on a solution to give you the customizability you are after. Sorry, but I'm just not impressed by this app. The potential is great. But the underhand tactic of offering a free trial, then keeping all of the most useful templates locked unless we pay up for an expensive premium version... that's not a proper free trial. If you had all of your templates available I might have continued with this - after all, if they're really that good, I'd see results and wouldn't have a problem with subscribing forever - right? So why the dirty tricks?
