Zotabox is super easy to use. Great promotion tools, clean design. Setting up pop-ups and banners takes seconds, and they look good. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve their store’s marketing.

Case updated: Hello there, we have sent you the message from Shopify. Based on their investigation, you have not been charged any amount. The charge that you showed us was a pending charge, which is common for credit cards. If you are charged, please contact us and Shopify so our companies can refund you. I am sorry that all of us were involved in such an unwanted incident.
We're using the ZotaBox on a large scale withup to 200 Tools running at the same time and are happy with the outcome. It's especially needed to showcase influencer codes in the shop since we do see an incease in CVR when using zota-box. Support is helpful and easy to contact.

This app is absolutely awesome, it has so many features and so far they all seem to be working well, pop up, with countdown timer, the floating social share buttons and the sales bars are my favorite, I have tried many other apps. This one honestly is very good for the price

UPDATE April 2025: This was a phenomenal great tool for many years we used it. Now they either got sloppy or greedy, as all of a sudden tools are not working anymore, can't activate them and the new dashboard is a shear nightmare without oversight and extremely user unfriendly. All the widgets are now just presented in an endless long scroll down menu, instead of being nicely grouped to their class as in the old dash board. We can only say: The old programmers had class, the new developers just get fancy without having any concept or clou what business owners need! Big shame. We downgrade from 5 stars to 2 stars until things are hopefully brought back in order! UPDATE: After reaching out to the company, the CEO did not only confirm a major server upgrade of their app platform to prevent outages like experienced in the past months in future, but they also issued a very generous compensation. This is a customer care and service rare to find these days. So we are happy to change our former 2 star to a 5 star rating! We are long time customers of Zotabox and we really love their large variety of tools, like banners, popups, promo boxes, tabs, etc. BUT: since about one year their back bone became very unstable. This year alone, we lost several times for hours and longer connectivity to their service, unfortunately exactly during peak sales season like Black Friday and Christmas. They host their service on a Cloud server which seems to be not quite reliable. After contacting the developers several times, so far we have not seen any major improvement. The latest incident lasts alreday over 24 hours with no service anymore. If Zotabox service is not majorly improving their availibity we will have to move on to a different app. So sad...

That said, our support team has manually raised the limit for your account — so you can now use your tools without any disruption. I have emailed about it yesterday. Everything should work normally now 💪 2️⃣ Navigating the New Dashboard We hear you — the new layout can take a little getting used to. Here’s a quick guide to help: - To create a new tool, head to the Dashboard where tools are neatly listed by feature. - To manage your existing tools, go to My Widget — there you’ll find all the active tools you've created. Tip: You can also use the search bar at the top to instantly find your tool — no need to scroll endlessly anymore! We know change isn’t always easy, especially when the previous setup worked so well for you. But many of our longtime users are starting to enjoy the improvements — faster performance, easier access to features, and more consistency across tools. We truly hope the updated experience will grow on you too. I've used Zota for about a month now. Based on reports, they've helped me earn $504 extra by using their features. No problems and I love it so far.

I have had this product for a few years. I do not use the promotional banners often. It seems that every time I do need it, there is a new bug that prevents me from using it. Then, they fix the bug after my need no longer exists. Until the next time....

Browsers, operating systems and websites have updates that may conflict with our tools (this is normal for all app services). We fix any conflicts in 1 business day. I used this App to help me upscale my business and bring in more sale. This App is very good especially if you are just starting off your business as you get a 30 Days Free Trial so you can test it before you start paying for it.

I LOVE this app. It has so much functionality - I added a menu bar, a notification just where I wanted it and was able to change size, position, everything! Very easy to use after playing with it a bit. I also like the way it doesn't slow the loading speed. Great value.

The 5,000 page views is nothing for an average website at $12.99 per month. You should increase the page view to accommodate medium size websites. The 5,000 page views is less than a week, sometimes even just a few days, and then your app goes down withing that time frame. Please don't mention to upgrade, because luring vendors in at $12.99 and then having them pay $79.99 is insane after having us spend time setting things up.
Hi, we are very transparent with our pricing on the Shopify app store and our own pricing page. We do not 'lure' in merchants. We can also create custom plans to accomodate any merchant's unique situation. You can re-install our app if you wish (and keep your current settings) and we can work to create a custom plan that fits your needs. (for other merchants we don't only have 2 plans and immediately require mid size websites to pay $79.99. We also have a mid price range of $29.99 and custom plans are available as mentioned). You can save 30% by paying yearly. We also give 20% extra visits every month for free. We wish you the best with your online store.

This app has been a huge help. I love popups and the header bar. These tools help us to reach our customers with important messages we don't want them to miss. Strongly recommend. They also have amazing customer support. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! We have been using this app for 4 years, and never had any issues
