Unfortunately, the app only syncs order data from the past 180 days. This means that if a customer wants to request a return, submit a warranty claim, or access order information after 180 days, they are unable to do so - even if the product is still covered by a one-year warranty. This limitation significantly reduces the usability and value of the feature. Our goal is to provide a fully automated self-service experience where customers can easily manage returns, warranty claims, and other post-purchase requests. However, because order data is no longer available after 180 days, the automation breaks down and customers are forced to contact support instead.
Dear User, Thank you for your candid feedback. We take your user experience very seriously and fully understand your concerns. Your feedback is a key driver for our ongoing product improvements. Regarding the 180-day data retention period, this setting is based on an overall assessment of system performance and data management efficiency. We understand that this mechanism does not fully address the scenario you described, and we would like to share the following three updates with you: 1. Regarding the order from January 7, 2025, that you mentioned, we have manually synced it to the 17TRACK shipment page. You can now create an exchange request for this order as usual; 2. The returns feature has been migrated to a brand-new SaaS system(17RETURNS), which supports creating after-sales tickets or initiating after-sales requests for orders placed within the last three years, significantly extending the timeframe for accessing after-sales operations. The new system also includes multiple optimizations and several new features. A separate email containing the login link has been sent to you; we invite you to log in and explore the system; 3. The request to customize the order synchronization time range has been included in our product roadmap. We will carefully evaluate its feasibility and will promptly update you if there are any substantial developments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your customers, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. An app with a friendly and simple user experience
This is a great app, and almost all carriers are supported for order tracking. This is our favorite. Customer support response time is great, and Danica did a great job.
