The features and the support of this app are great! But the main issue is that as a tracking app, it just doesn't work due to the fact it doesnt show real time results. There is a 3 to 6 hour de-sync from what the tracking on their main website

If the carrier tracking data sync period was shorter, it would be four stars. Sometimes, you can wait for almost a full day to get the tracking data to update on your orders compared to what is actually made available on the carrier's website or API. That being said, customer support for this application is exceptionally responsive and competent.

Don't install this app unless you are sure you want to use it and already have a shipping / carrier account I installed this thinking I could use it to bridge the gap between Shopify and the carrier my supplier uses. BUT immediately after installing I could not configure or access the app at all, just took me to a login page with no account creation. I uninstalled it but already the damage was done: all of my carrier tracking links were set to a broken page. Shopify support can't do anything about it and there's no way to manually fix what this app has been able to configure. Definitely only install if you are actually shipping through them and have an account already, else you'll be stuck with a customer service and tracking nightmare

Normally, when you install our app, we will help you track the shipping orders for the past 30 days for free and synchronize the tracking results. And the corresponding tracking page will be your store's brand tracking page. Our goal is to allow your consumers to return to your store to track the status of the order again, and the tracking page can set some other recommended products that customers may like, so as to attract customers and increase your store's second purchase. If you do not need the tracking page link to be your store's brand tracking page, our app also has a corresponding function to help you restore it to the carrier's offcial webste tracking url, or we can help you solve it. Odie was very helpful and instantly available to help me get started with the App. We're now coming up to a week in the trial and customers must be loving the new tracking page, even though orders have increased, the number of enquiries about package tracking have fallen. This is an excellent App and highly recommend it, especially for it's multi-language facility. (Jan 2025) I have had to reduce my 5 star review to 3 as unfortunately although support has been excellent they have had several weeks of issues tracking Royal Mail in the UK so I've had to uninstall the App and look elsewhere as this no longer works with our main carrier. When it works it is excellent, but certainly test this with your main carriers before committing.

slow customer support. over all good app. we mistakenly deleted the app and it removed our free trial when we installed again.

I am seriously surprised about the high review ratings this app is getting. First the good bit: Very good price compared with any competitors. Lot's of functionality. However the support is not amazing to say the least. When the wrong courier was assigned to many tracking numbers they told me to make sure use DB Schenker Sweden and not DB Schenker Austria as if I would fly over my parcels to Austria and then having it shipped by DB Schenker Austria to my customers in Sweden. I have to make sure using the right courier? Bit of a joke I would say! As if I do not know which courier we use. Not a very intelligent support I would say. Instead they could have told me straight away: sorry we do not have DB Schenker, but we are now requesting / working on that integration. I always run away if I get support like that. Support staff needs improvement. Their chat says during the weekend: we are online, so I am waiting for an answer, but they were not and so on. After 5 days many of our shipments are still not assigned a courier because their system can not. Therefore 3 star, 1 star would be not fair because this app is having potential, but is not working good with our couriers right now. I have to add: 'Plus sending my customers emails without me enabling it, is outrageous.' this was a commend from another reviewer and it happened to me as well upon installing this app. Unacceptable!

haven't really started to use the app and see how good is it, they already asked me to write a review in order to remove the logo. don't feel right...

Ever since I installed this app I have had customers notifing me they have received e-mails from businesses in the Quanzhou area offering computer and internet services. I've decided to delete app to see if it was merely a coincedence or not. My other apps do no use customer email.

You could completely set your mind at rest that these emails did not sent from us. 17TRACK team 100% sure that it's never gonna happen in our commpany. As shopify's devoloper partner, we strictly adhere to the Shopify Partner Agreement, it means we never can access and control your info without your agree. Also, another important point is that we don't sale any sevice to C-end consumer. Our website is totally free open to everyone in 11years. At the same time, we'd like to help you locate the source of these emails together.
