I just start using 17track. the setup easy. I wanted to remove their logo off my page. I contacted them and it was done immediately. Communication was easy.

17TRACK makes tracking super easy. The Green Shipping upsell works wonders as well, and definitely helps big time with conversions. I love the email set up as well, since I can now send my customers shipping emails to my 17TRACK tracking page instead of the carriers. This app is fantastic and affordable! I highly recommend!

I am really happy that i have 17track on my site, it has been really useful in decreasing customer emails. I like the editing features and being able to customize it to my brand colors etc. I ended up paying for premium as it was beneficial

I genuinely love the 17Track app. It easily integrates into my cart app & the developer team also did the coding for me to make it compatible with my store’s theme. My customers love the peace of mind it gives them knowing that their parcel is completely insured. It’s a peace of mind for our staff too so we can ensure customers get the best experience. One improvement I would make is the email customisation section. I found that my brand logo did not display in test emails I sent to myself. Otherwise a fantastic app.

I think its a great app to have, you are able to know the progress of your shipments within your Shopify store and also have a native tracking page which is a great add on experience for your customers. Its also a good replacement of apps that just sync your tracking information with your pay pal account. This apps does that and much more. I have been able to get my Paypal payments faster after installing the app as I now don't have to worry about manually entering tracking information in my paypal account. Highly recommended!!
