The best tracking app out there. The interface and the customer experience 17track gives is marvelous. I highly recommend it for people starting out and for experienced ecom owners as well. It's next to perfect.

I used this app a few years ago, it has come a really long way and is an incredible add vs cost at the moment. I would definitely recommend this. Customer service is also top class!

This is. the best app available on Shopify for tracking shipments and updating customers with progress. very easy to use and amazing customer care service. The team is very experienced and always ready to help. Previously I was using AfterShip but this is much better than that. Its a must-have app for everyone and its value for money

非常棒的售后，界面也好看，强烈推荐。基本不需要你做什么有要求跟客服美女说就行了。啥都能满足。必须好评 Very good after sales, nice interface, highly recommended. Basically, you don't have to do anything. You just have to talk to the customer service girl. Everything is enough. The app is very convenient, but its order update synchronization conditions are a bit unreasonable. Some background updates in orders are also considered order updates and are synced by the app. This affects the actual work for the charge calculation and I hope you can fix this soon. (Update - the developer took great care and fixed the issue very quickly, thanks a lot)

Great!!!Email notifications are sent for free after the upgrade. 17track will automatically send emails to my customers to tell them where the packages are, which is very worry-free.

Works great and is easy to install. However I wish there were more options to customize the tracking page button. I managed to change the color but had to change the code. I would also love to edit the button style to match my website inside the 17track dashboard.

This app's pricing structure is very nice for beginners, it's free till we reach certain orders. Not very intuitive to use though! I wish there was an idiot-proof tutorial for all beginners to learn how to use the app!
