Great app, very customer-centric. Automated email can be customised in many levels, there is a buyer protection feature and overall just a seamless integration to my store. Customer service is very good too.

I can't recommend the 17TRACK app enough! It has completely transformed the way we set to track orders on Shopify. As an online seller, keeping tabs on shipments and providing accurate updates to my customers is crucial, and this app has been an absolute game-changer. The app's user interface is sleek, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify, allowing me to effortlessly sync and manage all my orders in one place. The real-time tracking feature is simply phenomenal. I no longer have to juggle multiple tracking numbers and visit different carrier websites to get shipment updates.
17track is much better at identifying tracking numbers than any other service I've found, and I can recommend them just because of this. Not just their app, but their website too. The customisable tracking page is just icing on top of the cake.
Nice app that I have ever used, it did help me a lot, fast response and it helps our customers to track their order status and I highly recommend this app to every one of you!!!!! 17TRACK Order,paypal Tracking 這個app使用起來查詢很順暢,支援的語言也很多,Shopify app裡面可以完整支援中文的app實在很少,這個17TRACK不只可以支援而且入門的免費方案,給的可以使用訂單數量也很高,對剛入門SHOPIFY的新手店面,是很體貼的服務商^^

Customer support is very helpful. And 17Track is an excellent tool for anyone who runs an online store and needs to keep track of their shipments.
The application is simple and useful, I searched for a cargo tracking program and then I found this. Prices are also quite reasonable.

So Far This app has been great! I like that it has a page where you can see the status of all of your shipments without having to insert the tracking number. I completely recommend this app!

We have tried many solutions this one is the best; they even integrated our local Courier in like couple of hours we do really recommend 17track. their customer support is very helpful
