The 17track app has been essential for my e-commerce operation. The automatic tracking updates work flawlessly, and my customers love being able to check their orders in real-time without contacting support. The integration with Shopify is seamless, the interface is clean and professional, and the branded tracking page adds great value to the customer experience. Support is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone running an international store with multiple carriers!

I would give it zero stars if I could...the tracking is so inaccurate I have had three customers his week get notifications their packages were delivered, and to a different address and that caused chaos; in reality, the package was transferring to the last mile carrier. good job doing nothing correctly.
