I used this app a few years ago, it has come a really long way and is an incredible add vs cost at the moment. I would definitely recommend this. Customer service is also top class!

This is. the best app available on Shopify for tracking shipments and updating customers with progress. very easy to use and amazing customer care service. The team is very experienced and always ready to help. Previously I was using AfterShip but this is much better than that. Its a must-have app for everyone and its value for money

You just have to talk to the customer service girl. Everything is enough. The app is very convenient, but its order update synchronization conditions are a bit unreasonable. Some background updates in orders are also considered order updates and are synced by the app. This affects the actual work for the charge calculation and I hope you can fix this soon. (Update - the developer took great care and fixed the issue very quickly, thanks a lot)

Great!!!Email notifications are sent for free after the upgrade. 17track will automatically send emails to my customers to tell them where the packages are, which is very worry-free.

Works great and is easy to install. However I wish there were more options to customize the tracking page button. I managed to change the color but had to change the code. I would also love to edit the button style to match my website inside the 17track dashboard.
