I am a customer from aftership. Compared with aftership, I think 17track is more practical and affordable. Aftership deductions are too serious. Almost all functions of aftership require extra charges, and the service is not very good. I highly recommend 17track

I used this app to help our customers to track the order.It's convenient for both seller and customer. It would be nice if it always free for customers to track their orders like 17Track.com

I use this app to track the whole process of shipping and I can use it to manage all my orders. No need to receive blast emails from customers either, and it's still free. Great after sales, basically nothing you need to do, recommendable!

I appreciate your team's prompt response and service. It is much appreciated by someone like me who spent a lot time on checking parcel tracking. I stumbled upon 17track way before the Shopify app came out. 17track is just as reliable as my workhorse has been for years. If you're starting a new ecommerce store, I highly recommend trying it!

I love how clear the tracking info is for me and for the customer. It saves me a lot of time as customers don't message me anymore asking where their order is because post office doesn't update the info. I also love how 17TRACK integrates into the website page so everything shown stays on brand. The support is very fast and ready to help with any questions you might have. A must have app for every shop!

Ever since I installed this app I have had customers notifing me they have received e-mails from businesses in the Quanzhou area offering computer and internet services. I've decided to delete app to see if it was merely a coincedence or not. My other apps do no use customer email.

You could completely set your mind at rest that these emails did not sent from us. 17TRACK team 100% sure that it's never gonna happen in our commpany. As shopify's devoloper partner, we strictly adhere to the Shopify Partner Agreement, it means we never can access and control your info without your agree. Also, another important point is that we don't sale any sevice to C-end consumer. Our website is totally free open to everyone in 11years. At the same time, we'd like to help you locate the source of these emails together.
