response in chat was a little slow, HOWEVER, they DID get back with me via email AND provided me with the transcript of the chat. they also have been very good with response time in other queries. looking forward to working with them in my business!
I used this track for my personal shopping and now for my shop. I love it !
Emily did a great job on explaining everything, she identified the issue and provided resolution in timely manner.
The app is perfect. It meets all I need to provide a tracking gateway for our customers. It also offers customizations for the layout so that it fits the store's style. So far I'm happy with this app.
