Awesome app and support. This app has helped me a lot. It can monitor the logistics and timeliness of orders. Synced with PayPal and can email customers with issues and tracking.

The must-have tracking app you should install. It helps us sync Paypal tracking in time. and very easy to use, customer service is also great

So easy to use! I add the track page to my store, my customer can check their order by self, it reduce many of my customer service work

I just would like to extend thanks to 17track team making one of the most useful apps for any shopify store owner. Obviously, there are lot of other apps with similar function. But I believe 17track is connected with highest number of carriers among them. While shipment from dropshipping business is always challenging, managing customer expectation is always critical for business success. In regards to customer service, I found them very efficient and helpful providing support instantly. It is much appreciated. Finally, KUDOS to 17track team for presenting such a nice app.

Provides a nice branded page for a consistent experience. I'm offering buyer protection because I had a good experience with Seel. Hope they keep it up.

We think this really works too well, it solves the problems we've been having with finding logistics, and it doesn't jump to other links, it really works super well, recommended! And there is a lot of customer service, and the 17track team is very helpful, timely communication, and the solution provided solves our problem perfectly, love it so much!
