Thank you, Val! We use 17track, but we've never studied its settings before. It was truly starting from scratch, and I appreciate Val's patience. I've set up multiple shipping reminders now. I think our customers will be even happier!

Actually a great app, love that it gives you the ability to not show China in the tracking. Also, thanks Jay for the assistance on getting the app setup!

très très pratique! après, je n'ai pas bien compris l'histoire des quota sur le plan gratuit. Avec 2 livraisons, les 50 sont parti en 2 secondes. Mais l'équipe est réactive

Just got the app, already show way more accurate data than the last app i was using on my store. Needed some help with the set up and Jay helped me immediately in the chat

The app works well and does what it promises. Setup is simple, and the tracking features are accurate and helpful for customers. Support responds quickly and is friendly, which I really appreciate. There is still room for small improvements in the interface, but overall it's a solid and useful app for any store.
