I had an event mismatch with the app tracking and carrier tracking. They solved it in less than 24 hours. Good service.

"I’ve been using 17TRACK to track my Shopify orders, and I’m really impressed! The interface is clean and easy to use. Once I enter the tracking number, I get real-time updates on where my package is. It’s especially helpful for international shipments, which can sometimes be tricky to track, but 17TRACK makes it effortless. Customer support is great too—quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely recommend it to any Shopify seller looking to streamline order tracking!

En general, 17TRACK ha sido una maravilla para mi tienda. Facilita mucho el seguimiento de los pedidos y da confianza a los clientes al poder ver el estado de sus envíos en todo momento. La integración con Shopify fue rápida y sin complicaciones. Lo único que me gustaría es que la función de protección de paquetes contra pérdida, daño o retraso también estuviera disponible para Panamá. Sería algo muy útil para mis clientes, especialmente los que compran desde el extranjero. Fuera de eso, todo funciona excelente.
