Love it. Easy to install, updates Shopify’s delivery status and plays nicely with Flow, Klaviyo and other apps. It does everything I wanted.

Extremely Disappointed with 17Track It is advertised that there is a 14-day trial period, but I was never given such an option. By mistake, I subscribed to the Pro plan and immediately (within 5 minutes) contacted the 17Track team to explain that this was an error. Despite this, and after several conversations, they refused to issue a refund. Now I am being forced to pay for a full month of features that I will never use. This is not fair business practice. A genuine company should value its customers and provide reasonable solutions, especially when contacted right away. If they treat customers this way, I strongly question how much they truly care about user satisfaction. I am already planning to move to another review app, and I would caution others to consider this before subscribing.
