I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!

While it took a bit of time to get everything set up, their team was always quick to respond and happy to help along the way. We love the flexibility they offer with customization, which made it easy to create a solution that fits our needs and gives our customers a better experience.

We recently migrated from SVS (Stored Value System) to 99minds and couldn't be more impressed with the results. 99minds delivered a seamless migration and now powers our omnichannel gift card solution across Microsoft Dynamics POS, eCommerce, and Shopify -- all through one unified platform.
