Amazing app and the owners are easily accessible for setup anytime. No red tape, long hold times etc to reach someone for help. I was referred by another boutique owner and now I see why. Look no further, you have found your gift card app!!

99Minds is a customer first application that works seamlessly with my in store POS system and Shopify. The team has an incredibly quick response time and is open to feedback and open to adding new features which is incredibly beneficial as an Enterprise Customer. Great service - they've won a longtime customer!!

Overall, a really great and seamless experience and relationship!! We have been partnered with them for over 2 years. We first began the relationship with 99minds when we were on Square POS and needed their gift card functionality to talk to our BigCommerce website. We have now moved POS and website to Shopify and we have added their loyalty to our customer flow! Everytime we needed help or had questions they never hesitated to get on a zoom call, most times in less than 24 hours time frame to assist us! I 100% recommend 99minds! Excellent customer service and great pricing.
