I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!

Overall, a really great and seamless experience and relationship!! We have been partnered with them for over 2 years. We first began the relationship with 99minds when we were on Square POS and needed their gift card functionality to talk to our BigCommerce website. We have now moved POS and website to Shopify and we have added their loyalty to our customer flow! Everytime we needed help or had questions they never hesitated to get on a zoom call, most times in less than 24 hours time frame to assist us! I 100% recommend 99minds! Excellent customer service and great pricing.

We are using the app to power GWP gift card. It's great to know that they are supporting both Shopify and Bigcommerce (another brand we have) -- it comes in handy that we don't have to learn how it works. We can also set the gift card trigger flow directly from the app which gives much flexibility.

We work with two platforms: Lightspeed and Shopify and we needed a solution for our Gift Card system. Everything has to be compatible and work with our online store and retail POS. 99mind helped us out! They are very friendly and answered all of our questions. Very happy with this integration!

We were reccommended to them by our POS API team and a group of Web Developers which is always a great sign. Customizing your offerings is easy and the application is easy to get a hang of after they take the time to walk you through its installation. We switched to 99minds after our loyalty program would not sync with our in-store POS platform and Shopify. As a result we were running two separate loyalty programs and it was a huge headache. Our in-store gift cards and digital gift cards were not compatible as well so we needed an option. Since switching, our systems now work together perfectly and our loyalty program has never been easier. Customer service is always willing to help with any questions you may have. 99 minds is also very on top of the latest features and will listen to your needs/wants and do their best to implement them. We've been using this program for several months and are very happy with the switch.

Unfortunately I downloaded this app and I regret this mistake, I can only advise against it, there is no way to delete your data and the customer service promises to get back to you but nobody gets back to you. For me this site is spam and I advise everyone not to download it.
