A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

A2X is genius and the team members are very supportive. While I investigating the difference in clearing account, I also found some misallocated bank transactions that happened from last financial, feel so good that I can solve them right away with our tax accounts. While I having questions, the support team can always support me with the very useful information and clues.

A2X is an indispensable tool if you have high volume of online sales, I couldn't go back to processing the settlements in excel. The cost feature has been very helpful too. The data is reliable and it's processed in a timely manner. Their support team is very responsive, and most issues are resolved the same day. I highly recommend this service for the software and the support.

Really clever and simple system to use. Puts your mind at ease knowing that everything is accounted for correctly. The 2 members of staff I have dealt with, David (Sales) and Victoria (Vat specialist) have been superb. Victoria made everything so easy and is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

The A2X product works very well and bridges the gap between our large volume of Shopify transactions and QBO. The set up is complicated but the team of A2X experts has been with us all the way - and each time the person assisting us is actually an expert who can answer all of our questions. As our number of payment gateways and volume increases, A2X has been a life saver. Shout out to Manuela who went down every rabbit hole with us and showed us how everything works under the surface - she's great!

Accounting is a very new area I am experiencing for the first time along with becoming VAT registered I needed to have my hand held throughout the whole process. Jess was amazing at helping me get set up with both shopify and amazon including a period of no VAT and VAT. Software is easy to navigate and use.

I am a new user of A2X and have had the pleasure of working with Nicole on the onboarding for my client onto the A2X platform. The A2X certification process was easy to understand and very informative as to how it can streamline the data migration from Shopify to QBO. The next step was working with Nicole on the set up, which we were able to work through in less than 2 hours. After that, I'm up and running and loving how easy it makes recording our revenue and COGS transactions at the desired level of detail.

Shopify and Amazon settlements are complicated, especially for high-volume businesses with $1M+ across multiple channels. I used to have to reconcile settlements by hand using pivot tables to manipulate 50k lines of data in my CSVs. Now that is automated! It's a game-changer. But even when things are still complicated (like reconciling merchant fees on Shopify's other payment gateways), the A2X support staff are EXPERTS who figured it all out already! They know exactly how things will land in my accounting, how account mapping should be set up, and trained us on monthly reconciliation workflows that make this so much easier! Absolutely brilliant app and support. I started by using the app recommended by Shopify for Shopify-Xero integration and it didn't work properly. The invoices were so random. A2X makes the accountign much easier and feeds properly to Xero. Also I got full onboarding from a very qualified team and it is all set up as it should be. Highly recommend!

A2X does in five minutes what used to take me hours of time--parsing and manipulating Amazon and Shopify settlements for our eCommerce businesses. These things are increasingly complicated and the more your business sells, the bigger and more time consuming these entries and reconciliations become. A2X takes the hassle out of this and is truly one of the most valuable automations we have! Their customer service is fantastic and makes getting the system set up so much easier. If we ever have trouble we know they are just a click away and will respond quickly.

I'm just learning QBO and A2X is just amazing. I can't be happier with the support and how easy it works for allowing my payouts to reconcile with the deposits in my bank. I will not lie I was overwhelmed when we started, but man oh man this app is worth the effort . No more reconciliations, no more 100's of invoices created but the winner. They UNDERSTAND SEASONAL businesses. Warndu is an Australian Native Food and gifting business. We go ballistic at Holidays and are more stable during the rest of the year. I have used A2X for two months now to integrate Xero with eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Lana, Jennifer and Nora have been great, they are responsive and proactive, and my issues are resolved quickly. This app makes bookkeeping quick and simple. Two small issues I have found is that using 3rd party apps in Shopify may cause issues surrounding taxable/non taxable products. And PayPal settlements may be an issue if you’re working with multiple currencies. Both of these issues are worked around with manual adjustments. A2X has still been such a time saver overall so I would definitely recommend. Edit: With their new PayPal integration there are now no problems with PayPal settlements in multiple currencies. 2 years on, the support team are still 5 star, excellent customer service and accounting knowledge, they are so helpful and responsive.
