I have been looking for an app to integrate my Shopify to QBO and have accurate, organized books. A2X does just that. I was nervous about the mapping and initial set-up, because I have used other apps that have caused major problems, but this was mostly straight forward to implement and everything looks good in my reports. Their customer service team helped walk me through setting up the paypal and shop pay gateways. They are fast to respond and helpful. Happy I made the decision to work with A2X.

Great app. This saves me so much time bringing in data from Shopify to Quickbooks. Also, Chun at support is awesome! He was able to help me troubleshoot my issue right away.

I would highly recommend this app if you are using QB's with your Shopify shop. From the chats to the phone meetings, everyone we have worked with at A2X has been amazing. Using the A2X integration is going to be a life-saver as we grow our business. Very thankful to have found them.

The app works well in seamlessly booking our transactions into Xero. In the instances when it breaks, the A2X support team has been incredibly helpful in helping us resolve the issues.

I have just started using A2X for our shopify to xero interface and I am very impressed with the way the application is set up and its ease of use. The 5 stars is very much driven by the amazing support team. They have been on hand to guide me through any issues with in depth guides and "how to" videos. Equally impressive is the speed of response from the team, literally a few minutes. A great start and i can see that this product is going to simplify our accounting processes dramatically.

Update: GREAT SUPPORT!! We had a brief hiccup with our Shopify connection and after reconnecting were missing a payout. John jumped on and helped in no time! We were back up and running without even breaking a sweat. Thanks John!! As a small business owner trying to do my own books, A2X has absolutely made my life easier! Sure there's a learning curve, and sure there are some things that require a bit of finessing, but overall, this app works exactly as it should. Anyone operating a business should expect to do some learning on their own in order to utilize an app like this. But the shining star of this app is their support! Huge shoutout to Nicole for CRUSHING IT today and solving two problems in one shot!! I have gotten quick, effective support each time I've needed it (which was only twice!). Highly recommend this for any Shopify seller.

The A2X product and their team is awesome! I've been doing ecommerce since 1994 and have both helped other companies and built my own to transact multiple billions of dollars in ecommerce. In the early days we built all our own tools and connected everything with our own code. Today, it's all about selecting existing apps and plugging them in. Usually much easier, but not always. If something is broken, you can no longer access the code and just fix it. THAT is where great companies such as A2X come in...They will walk you through the set up, and if something doesn't work their team is quick to respond. FURTHER, well designed tools like A2X "aggregate" shopping cart transactions so you are not cluttering your financial system with every single transaction. Not all middleware/connector apps do this! This becomes increasingly important as your company grows. Turn it on. Plug it in. Go! Ecommerce simplified! - Andy

So long as the features do what you want them to do, the most important aspect of a piece of software like this is the customer support, and A2X really impressed me with their service. Getting financial data all hooked up properly isn't a straightforward thing, even with really good software and plenty of experience. Elspeth especially was an absolute breeze to work with, super responsive, knowledgable, and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. When we hit a complicated snag, she even suggested we hop on a call so I could screen share and try to fix it together—which we did! I tried a competing integration before this, and even though they had a few features I liked that A2X didn't have, their support was slow and not particularly helpful. So far, the software is working well, and I'm confident that if anything goes awry, I'll get the support I need. Highly recommended.

The CS team at A2X are great. Contact them in the evenings, at weekends, whenever I can make time to get my accounts done; they're always there to assist. The app is good, too. Set and forget for the most part. I only ever need to get in touch when there is some extra magic I want to have, or when I'm not sure of something. Thanks!

Overall, this app works well and performs the tasks we need it to perform. There are some small hiccups with the user interface, which would require involvement from the A2X support team to resolve (mostly surrounding updates to users and/or transferring information between users). However, I give them a resounding 5 stars because their customer support goes very far above and beyond for their customers. Not only did they help me, but they made suggestions on how to save money and best utilize their platform. If you run into an issue, their customer support will go miles to make things right. I would highly recommend for that reason alone, plus their product fulfills our business needs.

A2X is genius and the team members are very supportive. While I investigating the difference in clearing account, I also found some misallocated bank transactions that happened from last financial, feel so good that I can solve them right away with our tax accounts. While I having questions, the support team can always support me with the very useful information and clues.

A2X is an indispensable tool if you have high volume of online sales, I couldn't go back to processing the settlements in excel. The cost feature has been very helpful too. The data is reliable and it's processed in a timely manner. Their support team is very responsive, and most issues are resolved the same day. I highly recommend this service for the software and the support.

Really clever and simple system to use. Puts your mind at ease knowing that everything is accounted for correctly. The 2 members of staff I have dealt with, David (Sales) and Victoria (Vat specialist) have been superb. Victoria made everything so easy and is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

The A2X product works very well and bridges the gap between our large volume of Shopify transactions and QBO. The set up is complicated but the team of A2X experts has been with us all the way - and each time the person assisting us is actually an expert who can answer all of our questions. As our number of payment gateways and volume increases, A2X has been a life saver. Shout out to Manuela who went down every rabbit hole with us and showed us how everything works under the surface - she's great!

We have used A2X for over two years now and cannot fault their service. The App is very simple to use and configure. The time savings are incredible. We have been very lucky to deal with Victoria from day one who has always supported us, ensured the app is running correctly and been able to resolve quickly and efficiently any of our queries.
