Never worked with this platform before and it took me a while to understand how it works. Now I love how A2X integrates with my client's Shopify account. It really does help to show the whole picture and track money (fees, discounts, disputes, etc.)Saves time which is the main reason I started using A2X. Customer service is GREAT!! Loved working with Nicole Gostomski. She was very knowledgeable Took her time to explain everything and was really patient when I asked the same questions twice.

Very impressed with how personalized the customer service is! I had some account issues and I was able to schedule a one-on-one session with tech support to fix everything live. I really appreciate how on top of things they are! Elspeth and Jessica are the best!

I've used A2X for two years now, and in that time have set up 3 online stores (Shopify and Amazon). While the setup and mapping is mostly seamless, what's impressed me the most is the customer support. The support via the help chat is the best I've experienced. Very quick response time, knowledgeable team, I couldn't be more impressed.

Helpful support staff and useful information and transferring from Shopify to QBO, if you use both systems. Makes the accounts easier to handle.

I just start working for my company and this is my first time using A2X. I am very impressed with the way how is set up. and the support staff are wonderful. they will reply to you after few minus and they show you how to do it or fix the problem in an easy way to understand.

I have nothing but praise for the customer service at A2X. A2X Sync for QuickBooks Online For the past four years, A2X has played a crucial role in supporting and expanding my e-commerce client base. I interact mainly with the accounting support team. They are responsive and knowledgeable with expertise with A2X, Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks, PayPal, Markets Pro and International Markets. I have had questions or issues that require a quick turnaround and they pivot to ensure my clients and I are taken care of. A2X is committed to delivering a great product with exceptional support and I would highly recommend them!

The app is great and has dramatically helped with complex ecommerce accounting. However, the real star of the show is the customer service provided by the team. Andrea and the team are absolutely fantastic! It's the best customer service I've received from a SaaS provider. They went above and beyond to help me with many issues I was confused about.

As a bookkeeper, Shopify has always been the bane of my existence. This app works well and fills in the gaps where Shopify can't perform. I had to go back and do a whole year of historical data and although there were some small errors and inconsistencies at the start, with the involvement from the A2X support team we were able to figure everything out and work out all the kinks. I give them a resounding 5 stars. Their customer support is unreal and goes far above and beyond for their customers. Not only did they help me, but they worked through the problems with me until I was satisfied. If you run into an issue, their customer support will go miles to make things right. I would highly recommend for that reason alone, plus their product fulfills our business needs. Thanks Victoria Port for all the support!

Thank God I found A2X! They have been amazing, Jessica in particular. There software does what it says it does on the Tin. I was using Amaka. Their Customer Service was poor to mediocre at best. When I looked further into their software it was not what it seemed. Links kept breaking, and it brought in transactions that it should not have. Reconciliation was a nightmare and there for VAT calculations was all wrong. You can't afford to muck this stuff up. A2X held my hand through the entire onboarding process and more. I have Xero, Shopify and Amazon and also use PayPal as a payment gateway and sell all around the world so quite complicated really. For the extra £20 per month I was super happy to have upgraded to the support service as it has proved invaluable. I seriously could nt recommend them or Jessica enough.

Great customer service. The app is sometimes glitchy with saving new costs, but they're service department is very helpful, friendly and available!
